Research on status description and partition of ATC operation system is less,and the confirmation of status is a precondition of ATC safety,according to civil aviation insecurity incident statistical analysis data of China,and consulting related research of air traffic control safety and operation,points out that current air traffic control operation system in the intermediate status of safety and unsafety and begin feature analysis and evaluation.Firstly give a description of the concept of ATC operation system sub-health status,analyze the factors that affect ATC operation system sub-health status,propose to use the controller's workload to describe the ATC operation system sub-healthy status.Then introduce Beijing area control and investigation process of data,and preprocess the data,extract some indicators to evaluate the status of ATC operation system based on data.Then divide and descript ATC operation system status into health status,unstable sub-health status that favoring health,unstable sub-health status,unstable sub-health status that favoring unsafe events using ward method.Combined with data statistics and according to classified status,clarified the current ATC operation system sub-health status and its future outcomes.Finally,analyze the mathematical relationship between controllers' workload level and the status of ATC operation system,and a multivariate linear regression analysis method is used to analyze the contribution of the sub-health status influencing factors of ATC operation system.The concept of sub-health is introduced into the safety management of ATC,propose and divide the status of ATC operation system,and point out that the ATC operation system is in an unstable sub-health status that favoring unsafe events,and analyze the contribution of the factors,advanced the safety risk threshold and enrich the security theory of ATC operation system.
