| At present,with the increasing volume of flights,the traffic demand is growing rapidly,while the airspace resources and air traffic control service resources are more limited.The contradiction between demand and resources results in increased pressure on air traffic control system in China.Although so far our air traffic control system security is in the world leading level,the existence of serious overload operation must lead to some potential security risk.Therefore,it’s very essential to establish a scientific method to evaluate this potential security risk,thus providing a strong guarantee for the healthy operation of the air traffic control system.According to mentioned requirement,the existing research results on air traffic flow and air traffic control operation are summarized.The performance characteristics of sector air traffic control operation are analyzed by combining air traffic flow with air traffic control.The separation equipped status,the distribution of traffic flow and the controller workload are three main research directions.Based on the radar data of regional control,the evaluation index system has been established to diagnose and evaluate the potential safety risks,fully considering many factors.Health assessment method based on fuzzy data fusion is used to evaluate the operational status of sector air traffic control,and a sub-health status diagnosis model is established.The model proposed in this paper can diagnose the status of the current air traffic control system,so as to identify the potential problems.So the model can find the security risk of air traffic control system in advance,and provide an effective support for the air traffic management decision-making.The operating state evaluation index system for sector air traffic control considered the visual characteristics of the air traffic control operating status is established.The index system is more concise and effective,and provides a theoretical basis for clarifying the improvement of air traffic control operation.The feasibility of index extraction and evaluation method is verified by the example of XiaMen sector. |
