| According to the situation in our country,population distribution,economic development status,we need to configure the different types of rail transportation,to meet the needs of different types of passengers,to meet the needs of the people's growing life and work.The existing domestic rail transit modes can be divided into three categories: main line,intercity and urban rail transit.Among them,the characteristics of intercity rail are: it forms fast passageway on the regional main axis,and mainly undertakes the short and medium passenger transportation between two neighboring cities or within urban clusters.For the above reasons,the author studied the 200km/h speed grade intercity train bogie.This paper proposes the overall scheme of 200km/h intercity train bogie,based on the technical parameters and application requirements of bogie.The 200km/h intercity train bogie is built without rocking pillow,and the fixed wheelbase design is 2500 mm.The frame is a u-shaped welded structure made of P355NL1 low alloy and high strength structural steel.Suspended structure is divided into the primary and secondary suspensions:The primary suspension adopts the rotating-arm axial positioning structure,Double helix steel springs and a series of vertical hydraulics to the hydraulic damper as the suspension of the axle case.In order to reduce the weight of the spring,hollow axle is adopted to meet the requirement of light weight.The wheel tread is made of abrasive tread to meet LMa.The second suspension is used in the air spring system,and the anti-roll twist device,the lateral elastic stop,the transverse hydraulic shock absorber,and the anti-snake shock absorber,Pull with a single pull;Using wheel brake disc brake;Driving device adopts two motor,clutch and gear box skew symmetric layout.200 km/h inter-city train bogie design,calculation,fabrication,inspection and test all executed EN,UIC,advanced standards such as ISO system,the welded frame has completed 12 million fatigue strength tests in the Eurailtest laboratory of France's state-run railway. |
