In recent years,with the acceleration of the pace of building a modern city in our country,the number of urban population has rapidly risen and the problem of traffic congestion has become increasingly serious.People are more and more desirous of the need to have more convenient and quick modes of transport,it has prompted the rapid development of urban rail transit system and diversified types of vehicles.As a member of the urban rail transit system,it not only has many advantages such as energy saving,environmental protection,riding comfort and so on,but also its the transport capacity is between the subway and the bus.It is a form of public transport which belongs to the middle transport capacity.It can be used as an auxiliary system in the transportation system of big cities,and also a main transportation system in small and medium-sized urban transportation system.the 100% low floor tram plays an important role in solving the urban congestion problem.Its market demand is also increasing,therefore,major domestic manufacturers have developed and manufactured a variety of types of 100%low floor tram.Firstly,this thesis introduces the development of low floor tram and the structure and bogie of the low floor tram,this paper introduces the structure of low floor tram,comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the structure;then the 100% low floor trams to structure frame are introduced,and the analysis of the bogie with independently rotating wheels and diameter wheel bogie characteristics.it is determined that the low floor tram studied in this thesis adopts the structure of multi-articulation type and achieve 100% low-floor through small-wheel-size bogies.Then,the articulation between the vehicle bodies is analyzed,and a more suitable way of articulation in the model is determined by comparison.The dynamic model of the five-module100% low floor tram is established by SIMPACK multi-body dynamics analysis software.Using the dynamics simulation model of tram,the main parameters of the first suspension and the second suspension are optimized and the proper suspension parameter combination is selected,On the basis of the optimized suspension parameters,the dynamic performance of the five-module 100% low-floor tram is predicted and analyzed.The analysis results show that the running stability,the riding quality and the curve passing performance of the vehicle meet the GB/T 5599-1985 grade of excellence at the speed of 70km/h in both loaded and unloaded vehicle conditions.Finally,in order to study the influence of groove track on the dynamic performance of the five-module 100% low-floor tram,the thesis analyzes the dynamic response of the vehicleunder both 59R2 slotted track and traditonal rails,the dynamic performance of different rolling circle transverse span and different rail cant is analyzed.The results show that when the vehicle runs on the curve with small radius and the wheel-rail contact occurs between the wheel back and rail,the special structure of the groove track,which has a rim groove,will limit the tendency of the vehicle’s lateral movement,and the lateral force will increase.Rolling circular transverse span is the main factor affecting the wheel back contact,and the change of the rail cant has a greater impact to the running index of curve passing and the lateral Sperling index.
