In resent years,with the development of national economy and the growing of population,rail transit has become the perfect scheme to solve the problem of urban traffic in our country's big cities.The tram car got a lot of attention because it is specially suitable for medium and small capacity requirements.Now our country has the basic condition that we are developing and the high and new technology is not mature,at the same time the 70%low-floor tram car has mature technology,low cost of construction and maintenance.So,70%low-floor tram car can meet the needs of urban transportation environment protection and beauty well,at the same time solve the problem of traffic congestion.This paper introduces the basic technology of 70%low floor trams,which based on the relevant requirements of the vehicles.Its primary suspension use tapered rubber heap,the secondary suspension use hourglass rubber heap,and the braking system includes regenerative braking,hydraulic braking and track brake,and the drive system use translated through hollow axles.In order to verify the feasibility of the structure and get the optimal trailer bogie use plan,regarding the trailer bogie as the research object,using the UM software to establish two kinds of 70%low floor trams dynamic models.These two models respectively use traditional wheelset and independent rotating wheels as the trailer bogie,and other structural parameters are basically the same,only one variable,to ensure that the results of calculation contrast more effective.Considering different influence to vehicle running stability,comfort and curve performance by different trailer bogie,when carries on simulation,calculating the dynamics performance of three bogies of two models,of course the track is uneven and there are heavy and empty working condition.Then got longitudinal and vertical dynamic response,using GB5599-85 and UIC 518 to evaluate dynamic performance.At last compare two kinds of dynamic performance indexes of the model and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of model.Calculation results show that two model's dynamics indexes can meet the standard requirements,two kinds of design scheme is feasible.Among them,the stability analysis results show that the 70%low floor trams with independent rotating wheels have higher critical speed,the stability is better;Amenity analysis results show that the 70%low floor trams using traditional round of trailer bogie and the 70%low floor trams constructed with independent rotating wheels have roughly same amenity index,the difference between them is very small,the smoothness of two models are basically the same;Curve performance results show that the 70%low floor trams with traditional trailer bogie have lower wheel/rail lateral force?lateral wheelset force?wheel weight reducing load rate and the coefficient of derailment when compared with the 70%low floor trams which uses independent rotating wheels,namely the 70%low floor trams using traditional trailer bogie have better curve performance.
