Panax ginseng is one of the important Chinese herbal medicines in China has2000years of history and cultivation history, Widely distributed in the eastern mountains of China's Jilin Province. Jilin Province is a ginseng production areas in China, accounting for80percent of the ginseng production in China, accounting for75%of the world ginseng production. Although my country has rich resources of ginseng, ginseng germplasm resources to collect, collate, protection, research is still in its infancy. And mainly local varieties, breeding and the introduction of new varieties, little fuzzy genetic background of ginseng, ginseng germplasm genetic diversity studies and phylogenetic analysis of the relationship is a big obstacle.SSR simple sequence repeats (simple sequence repeats, SSRs), also known as microsatellite sequences (microsatellites), the repeat sequences of1-6base pairs as the basic unit in series, widely distributed in the genome, has been widelyfor the study of plant genetic diversity, is an excellent molecular markers, with the rich content of marker loci, high polymorphism, codominance and simple detection method.In this study, the phylogenetic relationship and similarity analysis of SSR molecular markers in different regions of Jilin Province,384ginseng material, obtain the following results:1,Selected from the92pairs of ginseng EST-SSR primers rich polymorphism, stability of the35pairs of primers for PCR amplification of384ginseng materials and an Acanthopanax material, an American ginseng material of DNA, the results show that:a total of131sites of35pairs of primers amplified bands, polymorphic bands131, average primer3.74. P23No. best primers polymorphism was amplified by11other primers between2-8.2,analysis showed that:ginseng can roughly be divided into A, B, two groups of Jilin province. Most of FuSong and ChangBai ginseng kinship distance, separated from each other cluster. Most of the set An, JingYu, WangQing, AnTu, HuaDian, HuiNan ginseng seed sources may be cited from the FuSong. In groups A:JiAn Ginseng is the similarity coefficient of0.82and0.77respectively were clustered into two categories. Part of the the WangQing ginseng about0.83clustered into one group. In groups B:most of the JingYu ginseng were clustered at0.87similarity coefficient as a class. Part of WangQing ginseng0.905were clustered into one class. There are five kinds of ChangBai ginseng0.86were clustered into one group.In this study, the genetic relationship between the Fu Song, JiAn, JingYu. WangQing, ChangBai, AnTu. HuaDian, HuiNan such as the main production areas of Jilin Province ginseng ginseng similarity with the basic data for the later Ginseng new varietiesBreeding and ginseng DNA fingerprinting of the theoretical basis.
