This paper is foucs on the determination of 18 physiological parameters, 12 biochemical indicators and 22 anatomical data to 4 weeks, 20 weeks, 26 weeks, 30 weeks, 40 weeks, 60 weeks, six age groups CZ-SPF gallus which use conventional biological characteristics of the data collection and analysis methods, use t test measured different weeks’ data between male and female(except the ovaries and testes),and use variance analysis compare the date between the same sex by using SPSS 19 data analysis software, the results show:1.In physiological indexes, only diastolic blood pressure(DBP) show differences between male and female in each weeks old( p<0.05),there are four indicators difference between only in one male and female age group( p<0.05),such as the temperature(T) and basophils(BA) in 40 weeks, monocytes(MO)in 26 weeks, lymphocytes(LY) in 20 weeks, there are six indicators showed no significant difference between only one male and female age group(p> 0.05),such as respiratory rate(R) in 60 weeks, systolic blood pressure(SBP), red blood cell count(RBC), hematocrit(HCT),hemoglobin(HGB) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) in 4weeks, the remaining seven indicators(Heart rate HR, mean corpuscular volume MCV,mean corpuscular distribution width RDW, the average hemoglobin MCH, white blood cell count WBC, neutrophil EO, eosinophils EO)have Significant difference(p<0.05)Or very significantly difference(p<0.01)between two or more male and female age groups.2.In biochemical indexes, there are three data was a significant difference between only one weeks male and female(p<0.01),such as aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in40 weeks, alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and creatinine(CRE) in 26 weeks, there are three data did not differ between only one weeks old male and female(p> 0.05), such as albumin(ALB), triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TCH) in 4 weeks, the remaining six indicators.Alanine aminotransferase(ALT), total protein(TP), glucose(GLU), Urea nitrogen(BUN), serum(Na), calcium( Ca) there was at leas a significant difference(p<0.05) between the two age groups of male and female.3.In anatomical data, there are three data have difference between male and female in six age groups(p <0.05),such as body weight, liver index, kidney coefficient. There are two data have significant differences between only one week old male and female(p <0.05), such as right adrenal coefficient in 60 weeks and rectum in 30 weeks. There are five data did not differ only between one male and female age group(p>0.05),such as thymus coefficient, left adrenal coefficient, left kidney coefficient in 4weeks, Brain coefficient, pancreas coefficient in 60 weeks. The remaining twelve indicators(Coefficient heart, spleen index, bursa coefficient, coefficient of the left lung, right lung coefficient, ovary coefficient, coefficient of left testicle, right testicle coefficient, duodenum, jejunum and ileum, cecum left and right cecum) there was at leas a significant difference between the two age groups of male and female(p <0.05).4.The variance analysis of biological characteristics data among the six groups of CZ-SPF chickens of the same sex, only Female’s body temperature and red blood cell count two groups of data was not significant(p> 0.05), The remaining data groups’ difference were significantly(p<0.05) or highly significant(p <0.01).It means there were differences in biological characteristics of experimental animals, and The changes associated with age.
