Avian influenza(AI) is an acute infectious disease of poultry, and also is one of mainly infectious disease to limit the development of poultry industry. At present, vaccination is one of important methods to prevent and control AI, so it appears especially important to find a scientific and reasonable and convenience immunization program.In this paper, we have designed an immunization program which using single AI vaccine(H5N1 Re-6)? combined AI vaccine(H5+H9) and avian influenza and Newcastle disease recombinant vaccine,live(strain r LH5-6) to vaccinate three groups of 900 egg-breeder from one poultry farm in KORLA city.For each type of vaccine is divided into three groups, respectively in the age of 14, 21, 28, immune for the first time, two weeks after the second immunization, we collected serum samples every two weeks to monitor the H5 ?H9 and ND antibodies titer. We got the results through using HA test and HI test and statistical software SPSS18.0 to monitor the antibody titer and to analysis the results.The results show that the egg-breeder at two weeks of age to first vaccinate AI vaccine(H5+H9) was the best time, and not easy to appear the blank immunization period; the immunization of H5 antibody which by using single AI vaccine(H5N1 Re-6) and combined AI vaccine(H5+H9) is obviously better than by using avian influenza and Newcastle disease recombinant vaccine,live(strain rLH5-6); the rising and falling rule of antibodies was similar which by using the first two vaccine; the difference was not significant by using statistical test. the results show that the immune protection of these two kind of vaccine was basically the same, but in contrast,it was more economical and convenient by using combined AI vaccine. The final conclusion was that the use of combined AI vaccine(H5N2+H9N2) to vaccinate the egg-breeder in second weeks before laying open, and to vaccinate again in the fourth weeks, then every four months once again to vaccinate was the optimal immunization program.Development of new immunization programs, promote the use of the city?s six villages and towns, after the 2014 promoting results of the project The proving ground has greatly increased antibodies pass rate, it reached the level of immune protection that the proving ground antibody protection requirements more than 80%,In the KORLA city of zero occurrence of highly pathogenic avian influenza provided a strong basis for protection.
