The animal husbandry of China has developed rapidly in recent years,the intensive scale levels of animal husbandry enhancing unceasingly,which produces a large number of livestock and poultry dung,which as agricultural solid waste has caused a series of ecological environment problems.This research studys the change rules of the carbon content,nitrogen content and related nutrient content by the two ways of the cow dung natural composting and cow dung earthworm composting,and which also figures out the suitable inoculation density of the digestion of cow dung earthworm composting.This paper simultaneously carries out the greenhouse gas emissions monitoring research of the two types of composting,which may provide certain theoretical basis for the cow dung resource utilization of moderate scale cattle farm.The main conclusions are the following:1.The earthworm digestion of cow dung composting significantly decreased the total carbon,total organic carbon content and total nitrogen content,the total carbon content decreased from 40% to 26.1%,the total organic carbon content decreased from 36.2% to 20.4%,the total nitrogen content decreased from 18.03g/kg to 7.51g/kg.2.The total phosphorus content of cow dung earthworm digestion gradually increased,which increased from 5.02g/kg to 11.25g/kg.Total kalium content decreased gradually,which decreased from 5.49g/kg to 4.91g/kg.3.The percentage of total available nitrogen content of cow dung earthworm digestion increased gradually,which increased from 6.5% to 11.1%.The percentage of total available phosphorus content of the cow dung earthworm digestion increased gradually,which increased from 34.8% to 41%.4.The ratio of earthworm weight and cow dung weight is 1:40,which may be the appropriate earthworm inoculation density of the cow dung vermicomposting.5.The cow dung vermicomposting reduced greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to CO2.In the experiment of greenhouse gas emissions monitoring,CO2 emission equivalent of the cow dung natural composting is 84.27kg/t,CO2 emission equivalent of the cow dung vermicomposting is 71.87kg/t.In the stimulant experiment of greenhouse gas emissions monitoring,CO2 emission equivalent of the cow dung natural composting is 11.11kg/t,CO2 emission equivalent of the cow dung vermicomposting is 5.97kg/t.The cow dung vermicomposting accelerated the mineralization rate of the composting material,improved the nutrient content of the composting,and reduced the greenhouse gas emissions equivalent of the composting.
