Weeding, fertilizing, soil loosing is an important part of the process of tea production, Tea traditional way of weeding loose soil fertilization is done manually, but work efficiency is low, the labor intensity. Because existing Tiller has a small overall size,stable structure, high overall efficiency, convenient to do gymnastics, etc. farmers gradually began to be widely used, but Lu'an has agronomic characteristics of topography and tea plantations, the existing micro farming machine has been unable to meet the actual production requirements. In order to improve the efficiency of the tea garden weeding and loosening the soil, through the actual investigation of Lu'an low mountain and hilly area of soil environmental characteristics, we designed to meet the small tea cultivation tea garden soil in mountainous micro cultivator.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Design a small tea micro farming machine, and cutter shaft through the analysis of stress and deformation of the structure stress, the key components of the design is rotary parts and transmission system, determinate rotary blade shape and the spindle speed and other motion parameters, according to the rotating speed of cutter shaft and the rotary machine speed computing power to determine the engine power matching,according to the optimum cutting speed gearbox input shaft speed and tool, the transmission system design of the gearbox, gearbox and allocation of transmission ratio at all levels.2.Based on the virtual prototyping and finite element analysis theory, to completing the three-dimensional modeling of the rotary parts in 3D software, importing to the finite element analysis software, the finite element simulation analysis, the rotary blade and the cutter shaft concrete variation of stress distribution and displacement, bending fracture analysis of tool reason, on this basis tool design and reasonable structure parameters are optimized to provide a theoretical basis.3. Rotary knife roller is the important part of micro tillage machine, the performance of the whole machine directly to its dynamic characteristics, through the finite element modal analysis, the natural frequencies and the corresponding mode were obtained on the knife roller, various order vibration model to analyze its vibration characteristics, analysis and reduction of vibration failure of the knife roller foundation for the progress of power.4.Manufacturing prototype to performance test and Orthogonal test, the basicperformance measurement machine parameters, evaluate the working quality, testing whether the aircraft can meet the actual production requirements of tea garden in Lu'an work, at the same time on the machine to do the whole calibration using reliability, safety and adaptability. The measured depth of tillage farming reached 189 mm, width of 480 mm,under the best test conditions,the soil crushing rate surpass more than 80%, in the process of tea cultivation, tea bushes small spacing, spacing is small and transverse slope zone can go through and improve production efficiency better.
