| Needle free injection is the process that high speed jet is injected into skin to complete.Compared with the conventional needle injection,it is a new type of drug injection,which is safe and reliable.For large scale animal vaccine injection,the traditional needle injection can easily lead to cross infection,so that Needle free injection has obvious advantag es in large scale animal vaccine injection.With the r development of science and technology,the research on the technology of needle free is very important.In this paper,a new type of animal vaccine injection is designed,which is suitable for large scale animals.First of all,according to the design requirement,the needle free injector is divided into three parts: mechanical structure design,hydraulic circuit design and electrical control design.The function of each part is analyzed and selected.Secondly,according to the design of the last chapter,analsys the function of different structures,the mechanical structure design and selection,including mechanical structure and hydraulic circuit in the calculation and design of key structures,design and modeling of the prototype,parts machining and assembly and the whole machine installation.Again,the mathematical model of the injection system is established,and the influence of the parameters of the injection system on the characteristics of the jet is determined by using MATLAB.Finally,evaluate the injection effect and safety performance of the animal.The injection pressure test platform is built:(1)the relationship between the injection pressure and the impact gap is analyzed by adjusting the impact between the impact rod and the piston rod.(2)the injection of the skin layer and the muscle layer was observed by injection of different injection pressure.(3)using soft silicone instead of human skin,through different injection pressure and jet distance of the jet to the silica gel,observe the depth and diffusion of the jet into the silica gel.In this paper,the design of the animal using a needle free syringe,for the follow-up of new product research and development has laid a solid theor etical and experimental foundation. |
