Powermix's is a kind of productivity features, alkaline ionized, immune enhancer of biological feed additives which is containing Si, Ge, Ag, Au, Ti, Zn2 +, Fe2 +, etc, enhance immunity and biological cells in tissue regeneration ability to improve the body's non-specific immune function; strengthen health and improve animal anti-stress, improve digestion and absorption, increase feed efficiency. As a feed additive in fattening cattle, weaned pigs, chickens and other applications more, have a higher value in animal production. The study was supplemented with three different levels of Powermix's diets fed 15 weeks to 45 weeks old Roman parent Breeder, to explore the production of different levels of performance diets for laying hens Powermix's affected.Trial began on March 2, 2013, ended September 29, at Yili dairy egg farm species, 210 days trial period. We were selected about 15-week-old Roman parent Breeder 400 birds randomly divided into four groups of 100 birds. 4 groups were feed in the same house, with 3 layers ladder cage, 3 birds per cage, the cages in each group equal vertical position. Fed control group using the basal diet, respectively in group 1, group 2 and group 3 add basal diet based on Powermix's 1 ‰,2 ‰, 3 ‰ of the amount. When the trial process, the records of the control group, the experimental group laying rate of 5% and 50%, respectively, with an average age of laying hens, egg weight and body weight. And weekly statistical computing egg production, average egg rate, feed intake, feed egg ratio. When the groups reached the peak of egg production(approximately27 weeks of age) is continuously collected four weeks eggs, 3d hatch 1, 21 d hatching. And at each group laying rate reached 50 percent, the use of chicken whole blood plate agglutination test for each group of flocks infected with Salmonella detection, monitoring once a month, calculated the positive rate, negative rate. Obtained following several major results:The results showed that: during the 18 to 22 weeks, the experimental group was clearly higher egg in each group(P> 0.05), but slightly higher than the test group 1 and 2 Test 3 and control groups; average egg weight test 3 group increased significantly different(P <0.05), in the control group and the experimental group, two groups feed egg ratio decreased, while the test group 3 feed egg ratio was significantly higher(P <0.05).During the 23 to 26 weeks, in egg production, average egg weight, feed egg no more significant than the control group and the test group and the differences between the groups(P>0.05), group 2 egg production has increased, while feed egg ratio decreased; daily intake group 3compared with the other groups, a significant increase(P <0.05).During the 27 to 30 weeks, test egg production rate 2 was significantly increased feed egg ratio was significantly lower(P <0.05), while the test group 3 egg production rate compared with the other groups, was significantly lower(P <0.05), feed egg ratio increased, but the difference was not significant(P> 0.05); the average egg weight group 3 was significantly higher, the difference was significant(P <0.05), but age at experimental group and the control group late; on reproductive performance indicators, the experimental group compared with the control group, the difference was not significant.By adding different levels in Roman parent Breeder's diet Powermix, test results Powermix's can improve feed intake and efficiency, thereby improving weight gain. And diets 2‰Powermix's flock uniformity can be improved, and promote growth. It can also reduce feed egg ratio, increase egg production rate and improve the disease resistance of chicken.
