This experiment was conducted to study effect of dietary corn distillers dried drains with DDGS level on laying performance, egg quality and nutrient digestibility.Five hundhunrdred 32-week-old Lohamnn laying hens with a similar laying rate and body weight were assigned to 5 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 20 hens per replicate.Experimental diets contained 0(control group),5%,10%,15%,20%DDGS.The experiment lasted 6 weeks.Resuts showed as follows:The Laying rate and egg weight of 20% DDGS group was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05).The egg weight of 15% DDGS group was significantly lower than control,5% and 10% DDGS groups.Compared with the control group, corn DDGS significantly increased yolk color(P<0.05).The yolk color of 15% and 20% DDGS groups were higher than other groups,significant(P<0.05).The DDGS level has no harmful effects on Haugh unit, egg shape index and eggshell thickness(P>0.05).In addition,Crude protein digestibility of 20% DDGS group was significantly lower than other group.Economic benefit analysis show:Compared with the control group,10% and 15%DDGS group were increased 4.1 an 3.2 RMB per thousand birds per day.Comprehensive consideration of economic benefit and laying performance,DDGS appropriate levels of laying hens between 10% and 15%;In special cases, the laying of dietary DDGS added in an amount of 20% of goods with better performance, but the performance will be affected.
