The experiments were conducted at Nongcuiyuan test base of Anhui Agricultural Uniwersity in 2012.10-2013.06. The results are as follows:1. After booting and filling of waterlogging stress treatment, handling different varieties of wheat before flag leaf photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were significantly different, the differences were significant level(P<0.05), net photosynthetic rate(Pn) decreased significantly after waterlogging.Waterlogging at Booting and to influence the stress on wheat flag leaf photosynthetic characteristics is large. Comparison between different varieties, Waterlogging Stress on semi-winter varieties affect 19 small farmers, weak spring varieties Yangmai 19 by waterlogging stress greater impact.2. booting and filling of waterlogging stress treatment, protection of endogenous activity decreased, the differences were significant level(P <0.05). Waterlogging at Booting a greater impact on the number of wheat grain filling stage. Waterlogging on wheat grain weight greater impact. Varieties comparison, semi-winter Yannong 19 grains per ear and grain weight reduce minimum, explain waterlogging stress on small farmers 19 affected.4. Spraying new Meizhouxing and 6-BA to wheat plants under waterlogging stress,With the comparison of spraying distilled water found that the SPAD, Pn, Gs, Fv/Fm,qp and ETR of wheat flag leaf in different varieties have rebounded, and the difference was significant(P <0.05). Description Spraying new Meizhouxing and6-BA for damage wheat flag leaf photosynthetic performance of waterlogging stress caused by a certain relief, and the new Meizhouxing is better than 6-BA.Spraying new Meizhouxing and 6-BA to wheat plants under waterlogging stress,With the comparison of spraying distilled water found that MDA,POD of wheat flag leaf have declined and SOD have increased in different varieties,And the MDA, POD of wheat flag leaf under spraying new Meizhouxing declined more than spraying6-BA, the SOD of wheat flag leaf under spraying new Meizhouxing rise above spraying 6-BA,spraying new Ameristar better than spray Shi 6-BA.Spraying new Meizhouxing and 6-BA to wheat plants under waterlogging stress,With the comparison of spraying distilled water found that the number of grain and grain weight in wheat have increased in different varieties.The grain number and grain weight of new Meizhouxing were better than 6-BA among the same wheat species.
