This study use different varieties of whole crop forage barley,analysis the nutritional components in different growth period.According to the analysis results determine the best ensiling time.Then we have a test for the whole crop barley silage,explore the change of different varieties of whole crop barley fermentation quality,nutritional value,and microbial population.And through the lactation cows feeding experiment,study the silage barley TMR feed effect on production performance and milk composition of dairy cows.These tests provide scientific basis for the whole crop barley used to dairy farming in Anhui province.Experiment 1: The dynamic changes of nutrient content in different cutting period of the three varieties of whole plant forage barleyThis experiment use whole crop barley with Yanfeng 1,Yangsimai 1,Wansimai 1.The whole crop barley be harvest in heading stage,milky stage,dough stage and ripe stage.and the whole plant is divided into three part,we determine nutrition of whole crop barley,and determine the nutrition of three part crop.The results show that with the whole crop barley matured,the crude protein of three varieties of barley whole crop have different degrees of decline,there is a decreasing trend after the first increase of the content of calcium and phosphorus,the crude fiber content decreased first and then increased,the crop of barley NDF content of three varieties change are not the same change trend,there are not obvious changing rules of Yanfeng1 and Wansimai 1 whole crop barley with ADF content.The ADF content of Wansimai 1 barley increased first and then decreased.Three varieties of plants the ADL content of barley are gradually increasing.The three part of the nutrient content of whole plant barley in different cutting period,there are certain differences.The upper part of barley have the highest crude protein content,the under part of barley have the lowest crude fiber content.taken together,according to costs of the dairy feed,the whole plant have a comprehensive nutrition,it's suitable for the whole plant silage.in heading stage,the CP content of Yanfeng 1,Yangsimai1 are higher than the CP content in milky stage and dough stage,the CF content is lower than the CF content in milky stage and dough stage.Three varieties of barley plant have the highest WSC content in dough stage,it's suitable for lactic acid bacteria by proliferation in ensiling.So the whole plant forage barley in the dough stage is suitable for silage.Experiment 2: The test of different varieties of whole plant barley in ensilingThis experiment use whole crop barley with Yangsimai 1,Yanfeng1,Wansimai 1 in dough stage for ensiling.The experimental using lactic acid bacteria,cellulase and lactic acid bacteria + cellulose to ensiling the whole crop barley,Analysis of the fermentation quality of silage in 0 days,20 days,45 days.Analysis of nutrition changes of silage 45 days,60 days,90 days.The experimental results showed that: the crude protein of Wansimai 1whole crop barley decreased significantly after silage(p<0.05),but the crude protein of Yanfeng 1 and Yangsimai 1 whole crop barley did not change significantly.The WSC content of three varieties of whole crops barley has a tendency to reduce(p<0.05).After ensiling,a large of soluble carbohydrate will be lost.CF,ADF,NDF and ADL showed a decreasing trend.Which ADL content of Yanfeng 1 whole crop barley cellulase treated is significantly lower than lactic acid treated(p<0.05).The test results confirmed that three varieties of silage fermentation quality of barley were better.Therefore,the dough stage of three varieties of the whole plant are suitable as raw materials of barley silage.Overall consideration,we give priority to planting Yangsimai 1 whole crop barley.the second is the Yanfeng 1 whole crop barley,the third is the Wansimai 1 whole crop barley.and the effect of lactobacillus and cellulase mixed is the best silage treated.Experiment 3: The ultrastructural changes of different silage processing of different varieties of barley plants.This experiment using scanning electron microscopy,Observation of Yangsimai 1,Yanfeng1 and Wansimai 1 whole crop barley silage(WCBS)stem surface and cross section with different processing fundamental change in the structure of stem.the electron microscope found that,there are different degree of shedding of the whole crop barley stem epidermis treat with lactic acid bacteria,cellulase and lactic acid bacteria+ cellulase,there are different degree of shrinkage of the stem cross section,So,compared to control group in the degradation of whole crop barley stem has certain advantages.The whole crop barley stem epidermis of different silage processing that fall off and shrinkage degree become more serious Experiment 4: The test of whole plant silage forage barley TMR feed with dairy cows.Test use Yangsimai 1 as feed wheat barley silage.we cut barley in dough stage,ensile it in silage pool.Then the experimental diets of lactating dairy cows make up with three different types of TMR feed,this experiment select 24 Holstein dairy cows,and divided into four groups.In accordance with the following four different types of TMR feed: The test group 1(45% mixed concentrate+55% whole crop forage barley);The test group 2(45%mixed concentrate+11% alfalfa hay+16.5% guinea grass+27.5% whole crop foragebarley);the test group 3(45% mixed concentrate+11% guinea grass+16.5% alfalfa hay+27.5% whole crop forage barley);the control group(45% mixed concentrate+11%guinea grass+22%alfalfa hay+22%yellow storage of whole plant corn).the dairy cows feeding experiment results show that the test group 1,2,3,milk yield,milk protein,milk fat content significantly increased than the control group(P<0.05),the group 1 TMR feed of whole crop barley silage have the highest milk yield.The test group 1 milk protein content was the highest in the test period of 15 th days,the test group 2,3 milk protein content was the highest in the test period of 30 th days.In summary,the whole plant silage forage barley as raw material,The whole plant silage barley can substitute for alfalfa as coarse fodder,at the same time the production performance of dairy cows have a certain role in promoting.
