| In recent years,the breeding industry model has begun to change,from agricultural mechanization to intelligent management,actively promoting fine farming and welfare pig raising,providing excellent growth and production conditions for pigs,improving production efficiency and reducing piglet breeding costs.China has made a lot of progress in the research and application of expert systems.The research on domestic agricultural expert systems is be ing more and more mature.The combination of expert system and sow feeding system has become the current research hotspots of sows breeding.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign sow feeding equipment and agricultural expert system research,this paper designs a sow fine feeding system based on expert system.The system design module includes measurement and control system,sow breeding expert system and remote monitoring of the operating system.The measurement and control system is mainly composed of an information collection module,a sow feeding device and a remote communication module.The system realizes the identification of pigs through RFID technology,and uses the automatic weighing device to complete the weight collection of the sow.At the same time,the environment monitoring sensor is installed in the pig house to collect the temperature and humidity parameters.The collected information is transmitted remotely through the GPRS-DTU module.To the host computer,the sow feeding device waits for the upper machine to issue a feeding instruction to realize automatic cutting.The sow farming expert system and the remote monitoring operating system are all developed under the Microsoft.NET platform.The sow breeding expert system consists of two modules: sow farming technical guidance and feed feeding decision.The feeding decision module uses the SQL Server2008 database to build a sow expert system knowledge base,uses the C# language to write the sow feeding decision function,and obtains the feeding conclusion through forward reasoning.In addition,this paper proposes an optimization scheme for the Rete algorithm in the expert system,which reduces the rule matching time and further improves the matching efficiency of the decision system.The upper computer monitoring operation platform uses VisualStudio2013 as a development tool,designed to monitor the human-computer interaction interface of the pig house in real time,and realize functions such as automatic parameter saving,remote control cutting,and sow information management.Project test results show that the sow fine feeding system based on the expert system runs reliably,the data transmission is accurate,the feed is accurate,the data transmission is stable,and the human-computer interaction interface is good.The equipment was put into use in a breeding base in Yixing,and the system was running stably.The number of sows and the average birth quality of piglets increased by 8.42% and 2.68%,which enhanced the reproductive performance of the sows.The system has strong feasibility and practicability,realizes the refinement and intelligence of sow breeding,saves labor costs,and greatly improves the production efficiency of the farm. |
