Photosynthesis is the foundation of plant growth. The dry matter of Chinese cabbage and garlic seeding are produced by photosynthesis. At present, LED is widely used in the research of plants, it is expected to be applied to the actual production. In this paper, we aim to study the effects of different light quality, light intensity and temperature on photosynthetic parameters of chinese cabbage and garlic seeding, through controlling the light quality、temperature and humidity to simulate the natural environment accurately, and it can provide the theoretical basis for facility cultivation of light, temperature environment regulation."lv xiu" Chinese cabbage and "yi shui si lv ban" garlic were used as materials,. In this experiment we set three temperature gradients as:15 ℃, 20℃ and 25℃ and nine kinds of light quality trertment as: R1(wave 634.5nm), R2(wave 657.8nm), O(wave 601.2nm), G(wave517.7nm), B(wave 450.8nm),V1(wave 403.8nm), V2(wave 420.6nm), W(wave 447.4nm and551.2nm), B+R(wave 450.8nm and 661.1nm). The major results of the study are the following:1. Among the five kinds of patterns, hyperbolic correction model for Chinese cabbage and garlic breeding has the best light and curve fitting effect, fitting the best, and closest with the actually measured values.2. In the low light intensity treatment, the net photosynthetic rate of the O treatment is higher than others; while the photosynthetic rate of Chinese cabbage is bigger under the longer wavelength light than others, and it comes to the biggest in the B+R treatment. In low light intensity, net photosynthetic rate of garlic seeding in the longer wavelength light quality and two peaks light quality is smaller than others, and it comes to the best in the G treatment;The trend of intercellular CO2, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate is same with net photosynthetic rate, values are larger in the short wavelength light quality, and smaller in the longer wavelength light quality and twin peaks light quality. When light comes over a certain range, net photosynthetic rate in the longer wavelength light quality and two peaks light quality is bigger than others, and it comes to the biggest in the W treatment, The trend of intercellular CO2 、 stomatal conductance and transpiration rate is opposite with net photosynthetic rate.3. There is a significant photosynthetic parameters difference between Chinese cabbageand green garlic under different light quality in different temperatures. The net photosynthetic rate of Chinese cabbage and garlic seeding under different temperature is quite different, 20℃treatment performs the best, then 25℃ treatment, 15℃ treatment had no significant influence.The value of the intercellular CO2 continuously decreased with the rise of temperature. The trend of stomatal conductance and transpiration rate is opposite with intercellular CO2, it rises consistent with the temperature.4. Research on Chinese cabbage: R2 respectively compared with R1、O、B、G、W、V1、V2 、 B+R treatments of Chinese cabbage under different proportional hybrid optical color treatment, the value of net photosynthetic rate in 4:1 ratio treatment is the maximum. Net photosynthetic rate comes to the biggest one when the R1 equal to R2, and other treatment perform best when the ratio is 4:1. The net photosynthetic rate of white light and other light quality under different proportion of compound light are less than control group. W respectively compared with O、B 、V1、 V2 treatments of Chinese cabbage under different proportional hybrid optical color treatment, the value of net photosynthetic rate in 1:1 ratio treatment is the maximum. The net photosynthetic rate of the B/B+R treatment under different proportion of compound light are less than control group; B+R respectively compared with other light quality of Chinese cabbage under different proportional hybrid optical color treatment, the value of net photosynthetic is less than control group, the order of net photosynthetic rate from large to small is: 4:1> the control group >2:1>1:1.Research on garlic seeding: W respectively compared with G、B、V1、V2 treatments of garlic seedling under different proportional hybrid optical color treatment, the order of net photosynthetic rate from large to small is: 4:1> 2:1 > the control group >1:1.
