Barnea diliaia, Barnea fragilis, Barnea davidi belong to Mollusca, Bivalvia, Myoida,Pholadidae, Genre Barnea Leach. This thesis for the whole genus of sea shoots easily collected Barnea diliaia, Barnea fragilis, Barnea davidi shoots, studying of its nutrients,exploring their differences nutrients; while using genetics to explore the difference between three kinds of Pholadidae CO? genes and thus study their differences and the degree of genetic evolution, revealing the evolution of species, provide a reliable theoretical basis for development and utilization of germplasm resources protection and three kinds of Pholadidae.To determine the nutritive components of the siphon and visceral mass in Barnea fragilis and Barnea diliaia.The conventional methods were used. Both the content of water in their siphons were higher than their visceral masses, the content of fat and carbohydrate were less than visceral mass; In the two calms, Barnea dilaiaia contented the highest crude protein,Barnea fragilis' two organizations had the highest ash content; In their siphons, all contained16 kinds of amino acids, which contains seven kinds of essential amino acids; In their siphons, the ratio of essential amino acids in total about 35.38%, in line with WHO/FAO recommended mode; In their siphons, the ratio of flavor amino acids in total were higher than their visceral masses; The first limited amino acids were both methionine in AAS and CS rating. In siphon organization, the essential amino acid index(EAAI) is 120.28, 133.77,which were higher than the visceral mass organization(96.79, 98.61); In terms of mineral elements, both of which contains rich mineral elements. The ratio among Fe, Cu, Zn was reasonable. But in the part of Fe and Zn, Barnea fragilis was significantly higher than Barnea dilaiaia. In a word, the two calm's siphon are high protein, low fat, delicious, nourishing seafood. And Barnea fragilis is better than Barnea diliaia in the aspect of providing amino acids and the flavor amino acids, Barnea fragilis has a broader application prospects in the supplementary minerals, treatment of disease.In three kinds of the designed primers,we obtained a specific, amplification efficiency up to 90%of the Barnea diliaia's CO? gene primers. This provided convenience for the study of population genetics of Barnea dilatata.Using molecular genetic markers to compare the difference the proportion of the base composition and the base composition the three of Pholadidae, on this basis, with Dna SP software compared the variation in three Pholadidaes and between species sites, geneticvariation in the number and diversity. Using MEGA 6.0 software to analysis genetic distance,NJ phylogenetic tree. The results are as follows: variable sites and variation in the number of three shells are the most polymorphic variation Barnea fragilis, followed by Barnea davidi,Barnea diliaia shoots smallest genetic distance, genetic distance within Barnea fragilis is the largest Pholadidae, followed by Barnea davidi. The intraspecific genetic distance less than the genetic distance between species; evolution in NJ the trees, Barnea fragilis and Barnea diliaia sinks as a whole, Barnea davidi is Alone. It can be seen, Barnea fragilis are the three most biological variation possibility species. Evolutionary tree proved Barnea diliaia and Barnea fragilis have more closer relations in evolution than Barnea davidi.Now, with the marine ecological environment destruction, a sharp reduction of marine biological resources beyond human use. This provides an important foundation for basic research and the protection and sustainable use of resources, classification for marine shellfish.
