Animal-derived food is refers to all edible animal tissue, the abuse use of pesticides has been an important reason of agricultural pollution and affect the quality and safety of food products, poses a potential threat to residents' health. Pesticide accumulation approaches include through, frist, pesticides can be used directly to pollution in food of animal-derived food; second, crops such as enrichment to feed animals is also a reason of pollution; third, pesticides enrichment to the animal through environmental. The detection of pesticide residues in animal-derived food in particular multiple pesticide residues in China are rarely reported, therefore, this study focused on the pesticides that is common, highly toxic, easy detected for HPLC and easy accumulation in animal products, with the QuEChERS method, aimed at finding fast effective extraction and purification methods, combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry to establish the qualitative and quantitative analysis of pesticide in animal-derived food, provide the basis for scientific research. This research main research results following:Established MRM method by LC-MSMS, the pesticides including organophosphorus pesticides, carbamate pesticides, three azole, amide pesticide, urea pesticides, neonicotinoid insecticides and other 77 pesticides, the parameters including the fragment, collision energy and other parameters, as well as the chromatographic column, mobile phase and retention time.We chose the EC-C18 column and the 0.1% formic acid, 2mM ammonium acetate as mobile phase. Comparison of a variety of solvents, chose 5% acetonitrile to get the absolute recovery between 80%-120% and R2 of more than 0.98, through comparison between different purification by weighing method and recovery and the final selection of non polarity dSPE EMR-lipid, study on effect of the addition of salt and matrix dilution, quick and simple QuEChERS method are discussed. We sampled many porks, chicken livers and Royal Jellys purchased from supermarkets, farmers markets and convenience store in Beijing, and Atrazine, Simazine and Cypermethrin, were detected in these samples.
