Studies On Requirements Of Thiamine And Riboflavin By Yli Horses At Three Stages Of Age

This test was conducted to study the effect of different level voluntary feed intake with thiamine and riboflavin of 6 months old;12 months old;24 months oldYli Horse.With the increasing intake thiamine and riboflavin, plasma of thiamine,E-TKA, TPP effect,urinary of thiamine excretory and plasma of riboflavin,E-GRAC,urinary of riboflavin excretory,were measured. Base on different evaluation index confirm optimal thiamine and riboflavinrequirementYli Horse of 6 months old,12 months old and 24 months old.(method)25,35,25 Yli Horse aged of 6 months,12 month and 24 months and weighing similarly were randomly assigned into 5 groups(5,7,5 in each group) for a 20-day test.the horse treatment group(Group?,?,?,?and?)were fed with the same level diet,different level thiamine and riboflavin:Results showed that with the increasing intake of dietary thiamine 6 month Yli Horse's plasma of thiamine level(P<0.05),E-TKA(P<0.05),urinary of thiamine excretory( P<0.05) were significantly improved and TPP effect( P<0.01)were reduced obviously.Based on all the results from the tests concerned,this evaluation index shows that 6 monthsYli Horse optimal thiamine requirement is 33.32 mg/d;With the increasing intake of dietary riboflavin 6 monthsYli Horse's plasma of riboflavin level(P<0.05),urinary of riboflavin excretory( P<0.05) were improve significantly and E-GRAC( P<0.05) were reduced significantly.The results shows that 6 monthsYili Horse optimal riboflavin requirement is 18.73 mg/d;With the increasing intake of dietary thiamine 12 monthsYli Horse's plasma of thiamine(P<0.05),E-TKA(P<0.05),urinary of thiamine excretory(P<0.05)were significantly improved and TPP effect(P<0.05)were reduced significantly.On the base of this evaluation index,confirm 12 monthsYli Horse optimal thiamine requirement is 48.27 mg/d;With the increasing supplement of dietary riboflavin12 monthsYli Horse's plasma of riboflavin level(P<0.05),urinary of riboflavin excretory(P<0.05)were improve significantly and E-GRAC(P<0.01)were reduced significantly. On the base of evaluation index confirm 12 monthsYli Horse optimal riboflavin requirement is 31.68 mg/d;With the increasing intake of dietary thiamine 24 monthsYli Horse's plasma of thiamine level(P<0.05),E-TKA(P<0.05),urinary of thiamine excretory(P<0.01)were significantly improved and TPP effect(P<0.05)were reduced significantly.Comprehensive test result,base on this evaluation index,confirm 24 monthsYli Horse optimal thiamine requirement is 65.42 mg/d; With the increasing supplement of dietary riboflavin 24 monthsYli Horse's plasma of riboflavin level(P<0.05),urinary of riboflavin excretory(P<0.05)were improve significantly and E-GRAC(P<0.05)were reduced significantly. Comprehensive test results,in view of this evaluation index confirm 24 monthsYli Horse optimal riboflavin requirement is 57.54 mg/d.
