This study has measured calcium and phosphorus digestion and metabolism of 6 months, 12 months, 24 months Yili horse fed with different calcium and phosphorus levels in the diet. Also, it proposes the optimal requirements of calcium and phosphorus on three ages Yili horse to provide scientific breeding reference data.25 healthy, same date of birth(±5 d), average body weight(117.12±13.33 kg), 6 months of age, weaning, stallion Yili horse were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, trial group ?,trial group ?, trial group ?, trial group ? and trial group ?,respectively. Each trial period for25 d. The results showed that with the increase of calcium and phosphorus intake, the body weight, daily increase of body measurement in trial group ?, ?, ? and ? higher than trial group?. And comprehensive comparison group ? daily increase of body measurement highest ruler, 55.07 %,73.07 %,60.42 %,140.00 % of body weight, withers height, body slanting length and chest measurement were higher than group ?. The digestion amount, digestibility, deposition amount, metabolic rates of calcium, phosphorus in trial group ?, ?, ? and ? higher than trial group?.The digestion amount of calcium in trial group ? has reached saturation and 148.75 %higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The digestion amount of phosphorus in the trial group ? was higher than other groups and 271.22 % higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The deposition amount of calcium in trial group ? has reached saturation and 162.49 % higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The deposition amount of phosphorus in trial group ? has reached saturation and 271.89 %higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The relation of intake and deposition amount of calcium is:y=0.4253x-1.888(R2=0.9201), the relation intake and deposition amount of phosphorus and sedimentary phosphorus relation is: y=0.4213x+1.2397(R2=0.9374). This relation indicates that there was a positive correlation within intake and deposition amount of calcium and phosphorus in a certain range. Therefore, according to the digestion and deposition amount of need of calcium and phosphate, the increase trend of body measurement, the optimal requirement of calcium or phosphate for 6 months Yili horses was 60 g/d or 30 g/d.35 healthy, same date of birth(±5 d), average body weight(245.28±18.36 kg), 12 months of age, weaning, stallion Yili horse were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, trial group ?,trial group ?, trial group ?, trial group ? and trial group ?,respectively. Each trial period for30 d. The results showed that with the increase of calcium and phosphorus intake, the body weight, daily increase of body measurement in trial group ?, ?, ? and ? higher than trial group?. And comprehensive comparison group ? daily increase of body measurement highest ruler,15.84 %,42.86 %,38.46 %,30.77 % of body weight, withers height, body slanting length and chest measurement were higher than group ?.The digestion amount, digestibility, deposition amount, metabolic rates of calcium, phosphorus in trial group ?, ?, ? and ? higher than trial group?.The digestion amount of calcium in trial group ? and ? has reached saturation, 175.54 % and242.93 % higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The digestion amount of phosphorus in the trial group ? and ? was higher than other groups, 651.25 % and 667.19 % higher than trial group?(P < 0.01). The deposition amount of calcium in trial group ? and ? has reached saturation. 224.24 % and 314.18 % higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The deposition amount of phosphorus in trial group ? and ? has reached saturation, 382.00 % and 391.64 % higher than trial group?(P < 0.01). Therefore, according to the digestion and deposition amount of need of calcium and phosphate, the increase trend of body measurement, the optimal requirement of calcium or phosphate for 6 months Yili horses was 72 g/d or 35 g/d.28 healthy, same date of birth(±5 d), average body weight(334.38±15.85 kg), 24 months of age, weaning, stallion Yili horse were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, trial group ?,trial group ?, trial group ?, trial group ? and trial group ?,respectively. Each trial period for33 d. The results showed that with the increase of calcium and phosphorus intake, the body weight, daily increase of body measurement in trial group ?, ?, ? and ? higher than trial group?. And comprehensive comparison group ? daily increase of body measurement highest ruler,28.57 %,20.00 %,15.79 %,35.71 % of body weight, withers height, body slanting length and chest measurement were higher than group ?.The digestion amount, digestibility, deposition amount, metabolic rates of calcium, phosphorus in trial group ?, ?, ? and ? higher than trial group?.The digestion amount of calcium in trial group ? has reached saturation and 114.40 %higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The digestion amount of phosphorus in the trial group ? and? was higher than other groups,529.89 % and 541.54 % higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The deposition amount of calcium in trial group ? and ? has reached saturation, 168.10 % and172.70 % higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The deposition amount of phosphorus in trial group? and ? has reached saturation, 541.26 % and 531.90 % higher than trial group?(P<0.01). The relation of intake and deposition amount of calcium is: y=0.3878x-0.1845(R2=0.868), the relation intake and deposition amount of phosphorus and sedimentary phosphorus relation is:y=0.7972x-12.064(R2=0.9826). This relation indicates that there was a positive correlation within intake and deposition amount of calcium and phosphorus in a certain range. Therefore, according to the digestion and deposition amount of need of calcium and phosphate, the increase trend of body measurement, the optimal requirement of calcium or phosphate for 24 months Yili horses was 80g/d or 42g/d.
