The common parasitosis of equus includes helminthiasis, protozoosis and ectozoic parasitosis. Clinical symptoms are anemia, emaciation, jaundice, impaired development, inflammation or even lead to death. Recent years the rapid development of equus' breeding industry in Xinjiang, morbidity of equus' parasitosis arising affects badly for the development of equus breeding industry in partial areas of Xinjiang and even human health. For this, it is important to know the classification, infection condition, in-time diagnosing and detecting, monitoring and controlling of common equus' parasites in Xinjiang. So that put forward purposeful comprehensive prevention and control measures, reduce the infection rate and morbidity of parasites is the main idea of this study.(I)By regular parasitic pathogen examination method, collected 190 horse fecal samples and 250 blood samples from Koktokay(Fu yun) and Monghulkure(Zhao su) county; 371 donkey fecal samples,393 blood samples and 20 entrails from Onsu(Wen su) county, Aksu(A ke su) city, Aktu(A ke tao) county, Yeken(Shache) county and Poskam(Ze pu) county, then detected the parasites of digestive tract and piroplasma. Through floating method identified the worm eggs from horse and donkey. The result shows, five kinds of worm eggs detected from horse's fecal which are Strongyloid, Capillaria, Nematodirus, Parascaris equorum and Coccidium. Infection rate is 87.89%, 85.26%, 27.89%, 9.47%, and 9.47%;most of them are mixed infection and the rate is 57.89%; by EPG calculation calculated the worm eggs in per gram horse fecal and the results are Strongyloid 3600/g, Nematodirus 2000/g, Nematodirus 2000/g, Parascaris equorum 1200/g and Coccidium 800/g. Among these calculation the infection rate of Strongyloid is relatively high. From 371 donkey's fecal samples detected five kinds of worm eggs detected from horse `fecal which are Strongyloid, Capillaria, Nematodirus, Parascaris equorum and Coccidium. Infection rate are 79.24%, 66.30%, 26.41%, 16.71% and 18.33%; most of them are mixed infection and the rate is 43.93%;by EPG calculation calculated the worm eggs in per gram donkey fecal and the results are Strongyloid 900/g, Nematodirus 850/g, Nematodirus 100/g, Parascaris equorum 150/g and Coccidium 350/g. By helminthology necroscopy method(N=20) discovered that the donkey infected by Strongylus equinus, Strongylus vulgaris, Strongylus edentates, Parascaris equorum, Gasterophilus haemorrhoidalis, Gasterophilus intestinalis, Gasterophilus pecorum etc. The infection rates are 25%?15%?10%?20%?10%?5% and 5% which are belong to three families and three genera. By microscopic observation of stained blood diaphragm detected T.equi and B.caballi. The infection rate of horse and donkey`s red blood cell is 3.61%, 1.78% respectively.(II)By microscopic and ultrastructural observation, PCR and cELISA detected and identified the Ixodidae(N=825); tick-borne blood protozoans(N=643). Identified Ixodidae are D. silvarum?D.nuttalli and H. punctata. PCR results of 643 blood samples show that the infection rate of T.equi and B.caballi were 36% and 28% in hores, Mixed infection rate is 16%, donkey's T.equi rate is 20.11%, no B.caballi infection in donkey; Sequencing results with GenBank login sequence alignment,T.equi and B.caballi homology of 99%; cELISA results show that the positive rate of T.equi in horse and donkey is 34%, 18.82% respectively. Positive rate of B.caballi is 23.60%, 6.60% respectively. By this study provide scientific basis for the Prevention of the equus' common parasitosis...
