Oleifera Camellia is a unique woody oil crops in southern China, which has high social benefit, ecological benefit and economic benefits. It is very important to develop oil tea industry to solve the problem of supply and demand of high quality edible oil and increase the income of farmers.curculio chinensis larvae stage is a serious decayed fruit pest larvae in Fruit-boring Worms, resulting in Camellia oleifera fruit drop, reduce the quality of Camellia oleifera fruit yield and oil.In order to better control the Curculio chinensis,In this study, the hazard rate of different camellia varieties was investigated by Curculio chinensis,Screening of strains with resistance to insect resistance,to determine the relationship between the resistance of camellia seed and the fruit characteristics of tea fruit, and the effect of Curculio chinensis on the weight of tea and the quality of camellia oil were also discussed.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, the Curculio chinensis were identified as high risk forest pests in China,The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Through the field investigation method to determine Curculio chinensis occurring in oil tea range and slope position relationship, found that the harm and the orientation of the Curculio chinensis as independent and slope position, tea tree oil of East,South,West, and a range of hazard rate difference, and shady Curculio chinensis as the insect population density in sunny slopes of larval density.2.Curculio chinensis of different The damage rate of C.chinensis is range 12.04%-49.7%,which is different significantly in 11 C.oleifera varieties and 13.23%-91.83% of drop cones were caused by C.chinensis damage. The 11 C.oleifera varieties were divided into three groups, and the resistance to C.chinensis damage showed significant different among the three groups(P<0.01),It is suggested that in the future afforestation and breeding work,it will vigorously promote the camellia oil,and reduce the loss caused by pests.3.During the spawning period of the Curculio chinensis, the camellia varieties of different groups were investigated, and the relationship between the resistance of Curculio chinensis and the characteristics of the fruit were clearly defined,The results showed that the Curculio chinensis spawning a fruit produced only a grain of eggs,a handful of two eggs, tea seed as the weight of the harm and Camellia into is correlation, tea and fruit weight more harm more serious.Curculio chinensis damage of pericarp thickness, shell thickness, the more serious harm.Curculio chinensis harm tea fruit size relationship depends fruit size, tea fruit size is larger, the more serious harm,by fruit type index formula obtained fruit of Camellia oleifera fruit type index range, harm rate the higher taxa fruit shape index in 1.21-1.25 range4.To clear the effect of the damage caused by Curculio chinensis on fruit yield of Camellia chinensis and nutritional value of Curculio chinensis seed oil,6 indexes, the weight of seed, oil yielding rate, acid values, peroxide values, benzopyrene and aflatoxin B1,were tested. The results showed that the average weight of the healthy was 7.89 g per seed, which was significantly higher than that of the damaged(6.58 g per seed,P<0.001).Oil yielding rate of damaged seeds, which was only 71.15% of that of healthy seeds, decreased significantly after damage(P<0.05).The mean acid value and peroxide value of camellia oil extracted from damaged seeds,17.79mg/g and 0.66g/100 g respectively, were significantly higher than that of camellia oil extracted from healthy seeds and national stands.Benzopyrene content in camellia oil increased after damage, but the difference was not significant.Arcinogenic aflatoxin was not detected in camellia oil extracted from damaged seeds or healthy seeds. This study indicated that the effects of the damage caused by C.chinensis on camellia production and oil quality, and provided the basis for the control of C.chinensis and camellia oil processing5.In this paper,we use the multi index comprehensive evaluation method, from the distribution of the pest, the potential economic harm, host plants of economic importance, spreading possibility and risk management of difficult degree of Curculio chinensis Chevrolat risk comprehensive evaluation of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that Curculio chinensis Chevrolat was a highly dangerous forestry pest.According to the hazardrating,to actively develop prevention and control strategies, strengthen quarantine management, improve the production of camellia.
