In order to comprehend the difference between Sophora japonica L.and Sophora japonica ‘Jinye'.We have carried out the experiment from four aspects of pigment content and proportion,diurnal variation of photosynthesis rate and net photosynthetic rate,photo oxidation process,chromatography and absorption spectroscopy on leaves of different leaf positions to reveal the difference of leaf color expression between Sophora japonica L.and Sophora japonica ‘Jinye'.This research provides theoretical foundation for the study of plant leaf gradually and to guide the cultivation of colorful plants,Gold leaf plants can create more ecological,economic and social benefits in the city landscape.The main conclusions are as follows:1.There were differences in the content and proportion of Sophora japonica L.and Sophora japonica ‘Jinye' in photosynthetic pigments.The content of photosynthetic pigment in the leaves of Sophora japonica L.is significantly higher than the leaves of Sophora japonica ‘Jinye'.The rate of chlorophyll a / b in the leaves of Sophora japonica ‘Jinye' was extremely higher than Sophora japonica L.ln leaves of Sophora japonica ‘Jinye' there is a relatively high value of carotenoid which is the direct cause of the leaves Sophora japonica ‘Jinye' appearing yellow.2.There was a difference in the pigment content of A under strong light.Strong light has a different degree of decomposition of plant photosynthetic pigments.Sophora japonica L.photosynthetic pigment is more stable,and the decomposition is not obvious,For Sophora japonica ‘Jinye',the more light,the more pigment content,the lower the value of the pigment content.3.There were differences between the two kinds of Sophora japonica in diurnal variation of photosynthesis and net photosynthetic rate.The net photosynthetic rate of ra japonica L was significantly higher than that of Sophora japonica ‘Jinye'.Within a certain range,the pigment content was positively correlated with the net photosynthetic rate of Sophora japonica L.and Sophora japonica ‘Jinye'.4.There were differences in the process of the photo oxidation of Sophora japonica L.and Sophora japonica ‘Jinye' in vitro pigment.The stronger the light,the faster the decomposition of the photosynthetic pigment.The decaying rate of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b had no significant difference between Sophora japonica L.and Sophora japonica ‘Jinye'.Influenced by strong light,medium light or low light,the carotenoids in Sophora japonica ‘Jinye' leaves were regardless.Sophora japonica‘Jinye''s decay rate of the carotenoids was lower than that of Sophora japonica L.This showed that the carotenoid was more stable than chlorophyll in leaves of Sophora japonica ‘Jinye',and result in the color of its leaves remaining relatively yellow.5.There were differences in the chromatography and absorption spectra of Sophora japonica L.and Sophora japonica ‘Jinye'.The absorption spectrum of chlorophyll b had a more obvious migration phenomenon,and Sophora japonica L had a clear peak in the UVA band of chlorophyll b,but Sophora japonica ‘Jinye' was lack of the wave crest of the wave band.
