Research On The Quality Of Flos Sophora Immaturus And The Key Technique Of Standardized Cultivation Of Sophora Japonica L.

They mainly distributed in The North Guangxi area, the yield and quality of medicinal materials were severely affected due to the problem of chaos, cultivation and management of extensive Germplasm in practical production. So the subject researched the breeding improved variety、enviromental factors and standardized planting technology etc.1、According to the herbal textual research, we found that the Flos Sophora Immaturus has a long medical history, the quality and color in Guangdong and Guangxi were better, the color were yellow and a slightly larger, that it should be the Sophora japonica cv. jinhuai in Guilin area.2、According to the investigation, the preliminary research on Sophora japonica cv. jinhuai resources and analysis of cultivation, production, quality and market demand have finished through the literature search and field survey.3、On the basis of having finished study on inspection and determination of Flos Sophora Immaturus from30habitats, combining with economic index, used the topsis and rsr methods at first time for the comprehensive evaluation of the above kind of source. The results showed that the grafted trees comprehensive evaluation to get the highest. Combined with field survey, we could found that the grafted trees are high yield type, bears well, good quality, tree vigorous and strong resistance, it could be initially identified as cultivars better.4、The HPLC fingerprint was established successfully at first time and15samples (contain seedings trees and grafted trees) are tested. The results of similarity evaluation between each test samples was more than0.9, it shows that the quality of medicinal materials is stable;And further, the chemical composition between seedings trees and grafted trees is quite similar.5、According to the comprehensive geological areas of investigation and analysis of Sophora japonica cv. jinhuai at first time, the geology suitable for them growth is the Devonian granite of red soil and yellow soil, in red loam based, and the pH of neutral or acidic.6、Through correlation analysis and path analysis to study the effects of soil and climate on the Sophora japonica cv. jinhuai quality at first time, it shows that the content of total postassium, organic matter and Cu have more effect on chemistry component; and the key meteorological factors are temperature (especially the extremes of temperature), sunlight, precipitation.7、On the basis of study on atmosphere, soil and water in production places, we did the correlation key technology study of cultivation include tree seedling and transplant、grafting、pruning、pest control、harvesting and processing method, then proposed the standardized cultivation standards.
