Agropyron Gaertn.were the perennial cross-pollinationin plants in Triticeae of Gramineae and had characteristics of strong resistance and high yield, which could be applied to wheat breeding as one of the important wild relatives of wheat. The A.Gaertn.F1 generation materials crossed between A.mongolicum Keng Z2098(female parent)and diploid A.cristatum(L.)Gaertn.Z1842(male parent)were used as the mapping population.A genetic linkage map of A.Gaertn.based on EST-SSR and SLAF markers were constructed and identified QTLs for major agronomic characters of CP population in A.Gaertn.in three environments. It would lay the foundation for future gene cloning and molecular marker assisted breeding of the main characters of A.Gaertn..The main results were as follows:1.The major agronomic characters of A.Gaertn.in the three environments were analyzed. The characters of CP population were found to have abundant genetic variation and had significant difference between areas and less difference between years.2.EST-SSR primers were selected with genomic DNA of the parents A.mongolicum Keng Z2098 and diploid A.cristatum(L.)Gaertn Z1842.A total of 471 polymorphic EST-SSR primer pairs were detected from 1?076 EST-SSR primers and then were used to amplify 133 F1 individuals of mapping population. We obtained 31 of the polymorphic markers, which were used for the genetic linkage map construction. The map contained 28 EST-SSR markers on the seven linkage groups, which spanned a total of 1617.73 c M and an average distance of 57.78 c M between markers.3.A high-density genetic linkage map of A.Gaertn.were constructed based on87 EST-SSR and 1?023 SLAF markers.Fifty-six EST-SSR and 1?023 SLAF markers were from Chinese academy of agriculture science institute of crop sciences. The final map spanned a total of 674.4c M and an average distance of 0.63 c M between markers.4.A total of 252 QTLs for agronomic characters of CP population in A.Gaertn.were identified in three environments, which explained the phenotypic variation from0.32% to 20.82%.Nineteen QTLs were detected in two environments at least, which included 8 major QTLs explaining the phenotypic variation from 0.37% to 13.31%.
