Study On The Natural Community Of Azalea In Jinzhai County

Since azaleas bloom red as a flame,and it is the local species of Jinzhai.There are lots wild azaleas in Jinzhai county.This paper studied forest plots in different altitude such as under 500m,500-800 m of Jinzhai.The stands including deciduous broad-leaved forest and evergreen needle forest was set up 100 m2 quadrats 12 by several different site conditions.The author analyzed the number of wild Rhododendron in the quadrat,growth status and distribution of small habitat ecological factors was investigated,compared and analyzed.The results showed that most suitable altitude for wild azaleas growth simsii is 500-800m.The suitable forest for the growth of Rhododendron simsii was natural deciduous broad-leaved forest.
