In xinjiang turpan region climate belongs to the heat, the lack of rain, the average annual evaporation especially big type, had had "HuoZhou" such climate conditions tend to bring many difficulties to modern greenhouse vegetable seedling, seedling to moderate growth, serious when enabling them to death. In turpan area vegetable seedling, looks like the good seedling cultivation is to solve problems in production.This test is to cucumber varieties shengfeng 28 were used as material, studied in modern greenhouse shrink festival amine(Pix), multi-effect azole(PP333), cycocel(CCC), more than nine(B9) four types of plant growth retardant effect of cucumber seedling cultivation. The main results were as follows:(1) PP333 and CCC and B9 seed handling impact on the quality of cucumber seedling Found in a test with different concentration of PP333 and CCC and B9 seed handling after cucumber seeds,can inhibit the growth of cucumber seedlings. When the concentration of PP333 to 20 mg/L and 40 mg/L,the hypocotyl of cucumber seedlings and plant height than CK relative decline, but its effect comparing with the concentration of 100 mg/LPP333 is poor. When the concentration of PP333 to 60 mg/L and 80mg/L, the cucumber seedling index is the largest. When the concentration of PP333 to 100 mg/L, the cucumber plant leaves smaller, chlorophyll content, seedling root cap than most; Five concentrations of CCC and B9 five concentration also inhibit the hypocotyl and cucumber seedling growth, and smaller leaf area, chlorophyll content, root cap ratio and strong seedling index increased. But only a high concentration of CCC and B9 significant difference compared with CK, the use of low concentration of CCC and B9 effect is not obvious. Test proved that using reasonable concentration of PP333 can inhibit the growth of seedling hypocotyl and the whole plant, at the same time can make the stems of young plants became thicker,its effect is better than B9 and CCC. Taken together,with a concentration of 100 mg/L of PP333 on cucumber seed seed handling the best effect.(2) PP333 and CCC and B9 foliar spraying treatment on quality of cucumber seedling Different concentrations of three kinds of retardant foliar spraying processing, using 200 mg/LPP333 to spray leaves of cucumber seedlings treatment effect is best. 10 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 150 mg/L of these four concentrations of PP333 has inhibitory effect to the cucumber seedling growth potential,enlargement of stem, leaf area, chlorophyll content, reduce the root-shoot ratio and strong seedling index increased. But the concentration of 200 mg/LPP333 solution spray and foliar seedling hypocotyl and cucumber plants under minimum, stem diameter, the largest leaf area can ensure blade is reduced, and chlorophyll content, and the root-shoot ratio of seedlings and seedling index significantly more than other CK group. Different concentrations of CCC, concentration of concentration for the 4 ml/L CCC solution spray foliar treatment of yellow leaves, leaf to shrivel, where concentration is too high, not suitable for seedling growth. The remaining four concentration treatment of seedling hypocotyl and the growth of the whole plant, leaf area was suppressed, but the stem diameter has no obvious change compared with CK.Chlorophyll content and root cap ratio and strong seedling index compared with CK, but compared with PP333 treatment effect. Five concentrations of B9 treatment after seedling growth potential compared with CK,chlorophyll content and root cap ratio,strong seedling index and so on all has no obvious difference.Taken together, with a concentration of 200 mg/L treatment to spray leaves of cucumber seedlings.(3) the Pix impact on the quality of cucumber seedling Pix with different concentration solution of seed and seedling leaf spraying processing, liquid seed handling the best effect of the concentration of 1400 mg/L, strain ratio CK short 39.7%, stem diameterincreased 21.28% than CK, the chlorophyll content in addition to 1400 mg/LPix, the rest of the processing and CK than the relatively low concentration, the leaf area reduced effect is the best of 600mg/LPix, decreased by 11.59% than CK, the best concentration of seedling leaf spraying processing,plant height ratio CK short 42.8%, stem diameter increased 17.66% than CK, to deal with the highest chlorophyll concentration, concentration of 1000 mg/L treatment effect is best, leaf area reduced,decreased by 30% than CK. Two ways to handling after seedling root cap ratio and strong seedling index increased, and is a concentration of 1400 mg/LPix works best. Together, with the concentration of 1400 pix treatment to spray leaves of cucumber seedlings.(4) in different periods using PP333 impact on the quality of cucumber seedling Richard seedling hypocotyl and whole plant growth was significantly inhibited, cotyledons flat extension spraying concentration of 150 mg/LPP333 treatment effect is best, high seedling's the shortest, shorter than CK by 54%, and 50 mg/L, 100 mg/LPP333 high treatment of seedling, respectively 31.8% and46.5% than CK. Together with the concentration of 1400 pix treatment can increase the yield of cucumber.
