Effect Of Different Ratio Of Substrate On Growth Of Cucumber Plug Seedling

For the purpose of this study is the slag utilization technology research and development,analyzes the slag,peat,sheep dung,bulk density,total porosity,pH,EC value,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium,such as physical and chemical properties,matrix in slag,peat,sheep dung as raw materials,according to the different volume ratio of compound matrix,with the substrate in every 300 mL to add 4 g rich compound fertilizer,taking the products of Mongolia fertilizer company as comparison,the cucumber seedling test,the test result is as follows:The physical and chemical properties of T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6,T7,and CK are in cultivation matrix suitable range of requirements.because of its high proportion of slag,the ratio?bulk density,porosity of T1,T2,T3,T4 is poor,the retention of fat ability is also poor.T5 is inferior to CK physical properties,nutrient content is higher than CK,one leaf and three leaf period with morphological and physiological index is better than CK.there was no significant difference in the bulk density of T6 and CK,but the total porosity was significantly lower than that of CK,nutrient content is higher than CK,the period of one leaf,with three leaf,the morphological and physiological indexes are better than that of CK.T7 is inferior to CK physical properties,nutrient content is higher than CK,in the same time,part of the morphology,physiological indexes is higher than CK,some lower than that of CK.Taken together,with the substrate T5(furnace:sheep:grass =1:1:1),T6(furnace:sheep:grass = 1:1.5:1)are best,especially the T6,not only can effectively improve the quality of cucumber seedling,cultivating strong seedling,can also reduce the dosage of the lime,cucumber hole tray seedling to replace peat,seedling to reduce costs,improve cucumber hole tray seedling raising economic benefit.
