Cinnamomum porrectum(Roxb.)Kosterm is lauraceae Cinnamomum of a chemical typeleaves contain, essential oil(the mainly ingredient linalool dextrose) high quality, high main component content, fewer impurities, and it is one of the best raw materials of natural d-linaloo. D-linalool has been taken a wide application in the fields of pharmaceutical,flavors and fragrances. As a scarce resources, the natural distribution of Cinnamomum is rare. In recent years, some researches had been carried out in artificial cultivation and exploitation, but few research was carried out on its varieties, the breeding status. To make a better use of d-linalool Cinnamomum excellent resource, improve their overall benefits,it is necessary to choose optimal experimental study carried out on d-linalool Cinnamomum,while carrying out research as exual propagation. In two consecutive years, the selection of high content D-linalool Cinnamomum tree selection, high content D-linalool C.porrectum asexual breeding and other aspects of a number of experimental research and actual production is closely related. The main findings are as follows:1) Optimal technology research of high content D-linalool C.porrectum, the results showed that:(1) after a comprehensive index analysis, big-leaf Linalyl identified two plus tree,is DY-1 and DY-6, its main ingredients are 98.0851% and 97.9800%, and oil ratio were 1.81% and 1.78%;(2)C.porrectum its mother tree cuttings resulting oil on the main ingredients are basically the same, the biggest difference is DY-3, its main ingredients D-linalool cutting seedlings 97.0%, mother tree main ingredients D-linalool 98.5%. Test 4trees have oil ratio difference are large, the biggest difference is DY-9, its cutting seedlings oil ratio of 1.2%, the mother tree oil ratio of 1.6%.(3) Oil content in October reached its highest of C.porrectum, the main ingredient content is highest in October, so in actual production, should be cut in autumn and winter.2) High levels of D-linalool C.porrectum and Cutting Test: in the 2-year-old budding forest collection test materialof C.porrectum, in order to insert the loess soil, were in different seasons, different cuttings and different growth regulators agents, different leaf area of the field cutting tests. The results showed that:(1) C.porrectum rooting in autumn the highest rate of 81.67%, winter cuttings rooting rate of 20%;(2) semi-lignified cuttings and rooting cuttings sprout strip rate was 75.66% and 62.33%, old branches rooting rate is only 14.33%;(3)Under the C.porrectum cuttings incision is beveled or flat section had no significant effect on rooting, rate the baseof the presence or absence buds have a significant effect on rooting rate, the base of the bud No rooting than the base rate;(4) Growth regulator with indole acetic acid, NAA and ABT6 # of C.porrectum rooting rate had no significant effect;(5)2/1 leaf area of cuttings rooting cuttings highest rate reached 85.3%,increase or decrease blade, rooting rates in descending order.3) With a high content of D-linalool C.porrectum 2 years old branches of material,investigated the effects of different containers and containers for different substrates cutting tests. The results showed that:(1) C.porrectum with a diameter of up to 15 cm high8cm black tank bag of cuttings rooting rate reached 76.66%; high 5cm 3cm diameter clear plastic seedling tray rooting rate was 16.3%, the container may be too small seedling root cause nutrient soil can not supply the necessary nutrients;(2) 70% loess + 30% light mixing matrix container cuttings rooting matrix of the highest rate reached 76.66 percent.
