Cinnamomum camphora(Cinnamomum camphora(L.)presl.),the main component of the essential oil of linseed leaves is Cinnamomum camphora.In China,it is mainly distributed in the South and southwest provinces,and Vietnam,Korea,Japan,Australia and the United States are also distributed.Camphor is mostly born in low mountain and hilly to sunny slope below 500~600m vertical height.The growth of camphor tree is up to 100cm,and the growth of DBH can reach 2.4cm.It is a representative tree of tropical and subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest.Collection plant in Nanchang Institute of Technology Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl per plant,through the Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl leaf yield efficiency and oil chemical composition quantitative analysis,qualitative screening yield efficiency is high,the high content of linalool relatively superior individual,provide excellent germplasm resources for asexual reproduction.At the same time,through the determination of the morphology of the oil cells of the aromatic camphor leaf,the morphological dynamic changes of the oil cells were studied in the natural position of the oil cells after the harvest period and before and after the harvesting period,and the morphological characteristics of the oil cells were analyzed to lay a foundation for further study of the relationship between oil cell morphology and oil yield.The main results are as follows:(1)Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl essential oil of the communist party of China to detect the 42 kinds of compounds,including 22 species of hydrocarbons,alcohols compound nine,ketone compounds 4,4 ethers compounds,aldehyde compounds 1 species,1 kind of ester compounds,oxide compounds 1.(2)Using the method of organization transparent,the mature aromatic leaf oil cells are more round,elliptical rarely,and the oil is in the cell cavity and it's different,and the single plant is more obvious.The diameter of aromatic camphor oil cells was 10~20 m and the density was 11~20/10X(0.9mm~2).(3)There are differences in oil cells between the single plant of the family,and the oil cell size is different than that of the oil cell.(4)Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl in 6~11 months,the diameter of the oil cells,oil yield efficiency,linalool content in the oils in the there is no significant difference between each month,and the differences between the oil cell density in the month.(5)The natural placement of aromatic camphor leaves from 0~72 h after extraction,with significant difference in the water content of leaves,the oil yield,oil cell density,and oil cell size were varied,but the difference was not significant.
