Camellia oleifera Abel is one of the world's four major woody oil species, has high practical value and economic value, is an important pillar industries and the development of the southern economy forest. Bud seedling grafting is a major means of C. oleifera breeding technology at present. To understand the impact stock and scion on C. oleifera grafting seedling growth and physiology, The study in order to provide references for the choice of C. oleifera grafting's stock and scion and lay the theoretical foundation in the C.oleifera breeding the use of technology,Setted up sevenstock-scion combinations,by investigating different stock-scioncombinations seedling apparent characters,photosynthesis, chlorophyll fluorescence and drought resistance,and analysed of the stock and scion cause growth and physiological differences.To different stock-scion combinations of Gan190 and Gan Xing46, Gan Xing47, Gan Yong6 as tested materials.The main findings are as follows:1. Scion strain play a leading role on 2a C. oleifera seedling height anddiameter,regardless of the stock strain,andstock couldinfluentbranches,scion could influentnumber of first lateral roots. But after transplanting pruning, Whether it is scion with different stock or stock with different scion,Each combination's diameter, total root length and The root length, root surface area of each classification root have significant differences, Because different stock strains, the total root volume leaf area, leaf lengthand leaf width also have significant differences. Explain stock strains have a significant impact of C. oleifera seedling stage main growth traits.2. On the photosynthetic characteristics, different stock-scion combinations also have relatively large differences, Scion plays a dominant role of the C. oleifera grafted seedlings Pn, Pmax,LCP, Rd and chlorophyll content.But stock closer relationship for Tr,Gs and Cimonthly changes.So It's main role scion strain on C. oleifera seedling photosynthesis.3. Different stock strain and scion strain all have a greater influence on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics.Scion plays a dominant role of the C. oleifera grafted seedlings Fo, Fm, Fv / Fm, Y( ?) and ETR in the winter,Soscion close relationship C.oleifera grafted photosynthetic system in the winter of environmental stress4.
