Bamboo is an important garden plant, a wide variety of uses. In recent years, the ecological and environmental landscape function of ornamental bamboo is attached more and more attention, and the market prospect is very broad. In order to explore in the natural state of Photosynthetic Diurnal Variation and annual variation and suitable for the growth of the most suitable illumination, in this study,4 students (3 years' white stripes of ornamental bamboo bamboo,'Yin and Yang' bamboo 'Flower Drum Festival', early bamboo culm' and 'Indocalamus decorus') for the test the material, in 1 years of testing time, measurement system using L1-6400 portable photosynthesis America Li-COR production company, measure the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular C02 concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr), photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), leaf temperature (Tleaf) and air relative humidity (RH) and other indicators, at the same time, net photosynthetic response of 4 varieties of photosynthetic rate to light and C02 the leaf size, nitrogen content and chlorophyll content was determined. The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular C02 concentration, transpiration rate, water use efficiency, air relative humidity, air temperature, photosynthetic active radiation, net photosynthetic rate and net photosynthetic rate and physiological ecological factors were analyzed. The results show:The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of 4 ornamental bamboo in different months in one year was single peak and Shuangfeng type. White lines of yin and Yang Bamboo throughout the year was single peak type, drum section bamboo, flower stalks and early bamboo and Indocalamus decorus in July and August is the double peak type, the existence of the midday depression of photosynthesis, the other in single peak type.The annual change trend of the 4 ornamental bamboo net photosynthetic rate decreased and then increased, then increased sharply, reaching peak value in July, August and September, then decreased.An ornamental bamboo light compensation point for 5.84-29.47 ? mol-m-2-s-1, light saturation point 1143.28-2644.06 ? mol-m-2-s-1, apparent quantum efficiency for 0.047-0.087. The light saturation point of the 4 varieties are relatively high, with the characteristics of the plants of the sun. Four Ornamental Bamboo CO2 compensation point for 51.11-88.23 ? mol-m-2-s-1, CO2 saturation point for 1118.20-1784.26 ? mol-m-2-s-1, shuttle efficiency for 0.016-0.055. Different varieties of CO2 use efficiency is different, the bamboo Drum Festival CO2 saturated the highest point, using CO2 range the widest, flower stalk early bamboo CO2 compensation point minimum, the starting point of photosynthesis low, the carboxylic efficiency was the lowest, of low concentration of CO2 using minimum rate. The effects of concentration, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were the main factors affecting the efficiency of the CO2, and the main factors were the effective radiation and the leaf temperature.There were significant differences in the morphology and physiological indexes of 4 ornamental bamboo leaves. The beauty of Indocalamus leaves long wide white stripes, bamboo and bamboo Drum Festival of yin and Yang is slender, flowers early bamboo culm leaf minimum. Four ornamental bamboo leaf chlorophyll content and nitrogen content also exist significant differences, chlorophyll maximum is drum section bamboo, the lowest is spend early bamboo culm, nitrogen content highest Indocalamus decorus, low spend early bamboo culm, four ornamental bamboo chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate showed significant positive correlation.
