This paper is divided into two parts.The first part researches the influence of different light spectral distribution on qualities of baby lettuce.The second part researches the influence of different light spectral distribution on photosynthate distribution of cherry tomato seedlings.The first part of the experiment which was based on new LED light spectral distribution,in comparison with scandium-sodium iodides lamp,with baby lettuce as test materials,researched the influence of different light spectral distribution on qualities of baby lettuce.The results were as follows:1.Baby lettuce height and leaf area treated by red light was significantly higher than by other treatment.Baby lettuce fresh weight treated by control,red and bule combination(1-1)light and red light was significantly higher than by red and bule combination(1-2)light and bule light.In different LED treatment,Baby lettuce dry weight treated by red and bule combination(1-1)light was significantly higher than by other treatment.Baby lettuce dry weight treated by red and bule combination(1-2)light was significantly higher than by other treatment.Later in order:red and blue combination(1-1)light,control,blue light,red light treatment.2.The content of Chla,Chlb and Chl?a+b?of Baby lettuce treated by bule light were significantly higher than by other treatment.The content of carotenoid of Baby lettuce treated by red light was significantly lower than other treatment,but and there were no significant difference among other treatment.The content of Chl?a/b?of Baby lettuce treated by red and bule combination light was significantly higher than by other treatment.In different LED treatment,the Baby lettuce root vigor treated by red and bule combination(1-2)light was significantly higher than by other treatment.Later in order:red and blue combination(1-1)light,blue light,red light treatment.3.The content of soluble sugar,soluble starch and sucrose in the upper portion of the Baby lettuce treated by red light were significantly higher than by other treatment.It illustrated that red light may be beneficial for Baby lettuce to sugar metabolism.4.The water content and crude fibre of Baby lettuce treated by red light were significantly higher than by other treatment.The soluble protein content of Baby lettuce treated by red and bule combination(1-2)light was significantly higher than other treatment.The content of anthocyanidins and nitrate of Baby lettuce treated by blue light was significantly higher than other treatment.The vitamin C content of Baby lettuce treated by control,blue light and red and bule combination(1-1)light was significantly higher than other treatment.The nitrate reductases content of Baby lettuce treated by red and bule combination(1-1)light was significantly higher than other treatment.It illustrated that different light spectral distribution have remarkable effects on qualities of Baby lettuce.5.The single stomatal area of the upper and lower epidermis of Baby lettuce treated by red light was significantly higher than other treatment.The stomatal area of upper epidermis of Baby lettuce and stomata density treated by red and bule combination(1-1)light was significantly higher than other treatment.The stomatal area of lower epidermis of Baby lettuce treated by red light was significantly lower than other treatment,and there were no significant difference among other treatment.It illustrated that different light spectral distribution have remarkable effects on the stomatal form and distribution of Baby lettuce.It's a kind of performance for Baby lettuce to adapt to the environment.The second part of the experiment,with annual millennium cherry tomato seedlings as materials,using the isotope tracer and the microradioautography techniques,researched the influence of different light spectral distribution on cherry tomato seedlings biomass and photosynthate distribution.The results were as follows:1.The photosynthetic rate in red and bule combination light treatment and blue light treatment were significantly higher than by other treatment,but yellow light treatment was lower significantly higher than by other treatment.In different LED treatment,the ETR,?PSII of seedlings leaf treated by blue light were were significantly higher than by other treatment,the qP of seedlings leaf treated by yellow light treatment and green light treatment were significantly lower than by other treatment,the qN of seedlings leaf treated by blue light treatment and red and bule combination light treatment were significantly higher than by other treatment,but yellow light treatment and green light treatment were significantly higher than by other treatment;The leaf biomass was higher than other parts of the seedlings in red and bule combination light treatment,blue light treatment and red light treatment,The stem biomass treated by yellow light treatment and green light treatment were higher than other treatment,and the new shoot biomass treated by yellow light treatmet was significantly higher than by other treatment;Feeding 14CO2 two days later,the most photosynthesis product still be in feedling leaf of seedlings treated by yellow light treatment and green light treatment,in different LED treatment,the distribution of the photosynthesis product in the new shoots treated by yellow light was significantly higher than by other treatment,and the distribution of photosynthesis in stem treated by green light treatment and red light treatment were significantly higher than by other treatment,the distribution of the photosynthesis product in the other leaf and root by red and blue combination light treatment,and the distribution of the photosynthesis product in the other leaf by blue light treatment.The results showed that the effect of different LED light quality on photosynthesis and distribution of photosynthate of cherry tomato seedlings is significantly,red and blue combination light and blue light promote photosynthesis and raise transport rate of photosynthesis product of functional region of cherry tomato seedlings.2.The leaf area,healthy index,fresh mass,dry mass,energy efficiency and net photosynthetic rate of the cherry tomato seedlings treated by 300?mol m-2 s-1 was the highest;The ETR and ?PSII of the cherry tomato seedlings treated by 450?mol m-2 s-1 was the highest,but the qN in 450?mol m-2 s-1 was the lowest.The Fv/Fm of the cherry tomato seedlings treated by 300?mol m-2 s-1 was the highest;The stomata density of the cherry tomato seedlings treated by 300?mol m-2 s-1 was the significantly higher than by other treatments;The leaf biomass was higher than other parts of the seedlings in 300?mol m-2 s-1 treatment,The stem biomass was higher than other parts of the seedlings in 50?mol m-2s-1 treatment;Feeding 14CO2 two days later,the most photosynthesis product still be in feedling leaf of seedlings treated by 550?mol m-2 s-1,450?mol m-2 s-1 and 50?mol m-2s-1.The distribution of the photosynthesis product in the other leaf treated by 300?mol m-2 s-1 was significantly higher than by other treatments.The results showed that the effect of 300?mol m-2 s-1' treatment on photosynthesis and distribution of photosynthate of cherry tomato seedlings was significantly,promote photosynthesis and raise transport rate of photosynthesis product of functional region of cherry tomato seedlings.
