Investigation On The Situation Of Environmentally Sound Disposal Of Swine Mortalities In Henan Province

Sound disposal swine mortalities is a long-standing problem,all levels of government and industry management departments have also been more attention,for a long time these issues have been effectively curbed.However,with the improvement of socio-economic level of development and national ecological civilization construction efforts to gradually strengthen.In recent years,awareness of food safety and environmental protection and other issues are increasingly concerned.Dead pigs floating on the Huangpu River in 2013,dead pig meat event from Jiangxi Gao Anshi in 2014,etc caused great social repercussions.Which not only a serious threat to the sustainable development of animal husbandry,impact people's safety on the tip of the tongue and the environmental and public health security.These events presents a challenge to our country.This problem is getting attention from all levels of our government,industry management departments and the majority of social groups.This work has risen to the daily management of the government and industry sectors.Since dead pigs floating on the Huangpu River in 2013,the government introduced a series of policies and documents in order to strengthen the supervision of the issue,then all over the country are starting to put the appropriate policy documents,taking various measures.A variety of sound disposal machine came into being,large and small sound disposal plants are being established.Which alleviates the problem to a certain degree,but how to solve the dead pigs problem safely and effectively,these problems still plague us.However,since the Chinese Dead pigs sound disposal started late,development is lagging behind,and there are many problems.Compared with foreign advanced disposal technology,there is a big gap,breakthrough sound disposal swine mortalities technology requires further study.At present,the presence of sound disposal management system is imperfect,the management regime is not perfect,system construction is incomplete,and insufficient capital investment and other issues,which restricts the work of Henan Province has seriously affected the healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry.Meanwhile,it has also brought public health security,environmental security risks of our Province.Currently,technical problems and governance issues must be resolved.In order to improve the level of animal health,to protect public health and safety and the health of people,to standardize sound disposal swine mortalities in our province.From July 2013 to December 2014,the author has carried on-the-spot investigation of farms and sound disposal plants from eight cities,and had interviews with the officials of Animal Husbandry Bureau and The Animal Hygienic Supervision Institute,to ask for information about the relevant management system,regulatory situation and the whole process of sound disposal swine mortalities around the city.Simultaneously,I also carried out some telephone interviews,in order to keep abreast of the progress of the work around the sound disposal.Thus obtained first-hand information and conducted research analysis.In addition,the author went to Harbin to participate in a “Dead livestock treatment and sound technology”as the theme of “Animal Health and Welfare Environment International Symposium farming” in August 2014,to Qingdao to participate in “2014 National dead animals harmless exchange of experience” in October,and went to Shanghai to attend the “2015Shanghai International Agricultural waste harmless treatment and comprehensive utilization of by-products exhibition” in May 2015 and conducted site visits to Shanghai Municipal Animal Innocuous Treatment Centre.Eventually the author gained the most advanced and the most cutting-edge information at home and abroad.Meanwhile,the author also studied“The Central People's Government of on Animal Epidemic Prevention”,“Biosafety handling procedures of Disease animal and Disease animal products(GB16548-2006)”,“Sound Disposal Animal mortalities Technical Specifications of Dead animals”,“Food Safety Law” and other laws and regulations.Reference some sound disposal animal mortalities technical from abroad,with the actual situation in our province to analyze.For strengthening the system construction,improving the management system,perfecting security fund policy,enhancing the quality of personnel,increasing technology research,completing processing system,etc.Finally,make recommendations which adapts to Henan province.
