The vegetation restoration and reconstruction in the arid degraded ecosystem is the focus problem of ecology.Soil microbe is the most active component of soil ecosystem, the distribution and activity is one of the main basis for comprehensive evaluation of soil ecological environment. It plays a crucial role in the material cycle and energy conversion of degraded ecosystem restoration. In Taihang Mountain hilly ecosystem degradation area.Study on soil microbial characteristics and spatial distribution pattern, can provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of the Taihang mountain area and ecological environment construction or sustainable utilization of forest and economic. In order to get the characteristics of soil microbe changes and spatial variation of Vitex negundo, analyze three Vitex negundo samplings in sunny slope of Taihang mountain.Through field sampling and laboratory analysis, using traditional statistical method and statistical method analysis reveals the characteristics of the number of soil microbe and its spatial distribution pattern, discusses the relationship between soil microbial indicators and soil nutrients(organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus),describes the role of microbe in the soil,in order to provides a theoretical basis of soil microbial biomass in the restoration of vegetation change and response mechanism, expand the development of soil ecology theory systemand enrich the research content of soil ecology in China.the main results were as follows:(1)The average of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetest was 1.11E+07,1.12 E+04 and 1.56 E+06.Average of soil organic matter, total nitrogen and available phosphorus were 12.44g/kg,0.83g/kg and 9.66mg/kg,which was low in nutrient classification level. In terms of variationfunction, soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetest, soil organic matter and total nitrogen was moderate variation and available phosphorus was strong variations. The quantity characteristics of soil microbes showed: bacteria > actinomycetes > fungi(2)Correlation analysis showed that the bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes are extremely significant positive correlation, the microbial population and organic matter, total nitrogen exist extremely significant positive correlation, the number of available phosphorus and soil bacteria are a weak correlation, and soil fungi, actinomycete quantity had no correlation.the ranges of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetest were 73.4~932.7m meters?27.5396~301.2m meters?73.9856~538.494 meters respectively;the RSS of analoguefunctions about soil nutrient were small,so it revealed that imitativeeffects of the functions wae good.(3)The result of spatial analysis shows : unlike the traditional soil microberandomly distribution hypothesis, the spatial distribution of Taihang soilmicrobe is obvious.Present different spatial pattems at different extents. The C0 /(C + C0)of all the soil microbial indices are below 15%except.Show that the spatial variability of the random factors had little influence on the spatial distribution, mainly caused by climate, soil type, climate, topography and other structural factors. The variable range of each soil microbial indicators in addition to fungi of Vitex negundo 2(0-5cm)layer is smaller. The rest of the index variable of each layer processes were larger, indicating that the spatial continuity is better and strong spatial correlation.(4)Through Kiriging spatial interpolation of distribution analysis showed that soil microbe is gathered in shrub roots for "island".It showed higher spatial heterogeneity,a smooth decline trend, there exists good spatial pattern. In the vertical direction, most of the soil microbe reduced along with the deepening of the distance.
