A rbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi(AMF)is highly adaptable and can be combined with many plants.Many AMFs in nature can form mutually beneficial symbiotic bodies by infecting plant roots and plants.Under the combined action,it promotes the absorption and utilization of nutrients by plants and effectively resists the effects of environmental malignant changes on plants.In this paper,Vitex negundo,a typical shrub species in the southern foothills of Taihang Mountain,was selected as the experimental material.Inoculation with G.Moxibustion(Gm)alone,inoculation with G.Intrarhizoma(Gi)alone,and inoculation with two Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi were performed.(G.i+Gm)and blank control(CK)for a total of four treatments.To investigate the morphological characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics,leaf enzyme activities and root system characteristics of Vitex negundo seedlings under the two inoculation treatments for different inoculation treatments,and to provide a technical reference for ecological restoration in Taihang Mountains.The main findings are as follows:(1)The mixed inoculation of G.i and G.m increased the mycorrhizal infection rate and mycorrhizal dependence of Vitex negundo than G.i and G.m alone.Under the three inoculation treatments,the fresh and dry weights of the aboveground G.i+G.m treatments were significantly higher than those of other treatments,and the fresh and dry weights of the aboveground roots of Vitex negundo were significantly increased compared with the control group.At the end of the experiment,the plant height and leaf number of Vitex negundo seedlings under different inoculation treatments of the two types of AMF showed G.i+ Gm>Gm>CK>Gi;the base diameter and leaf area showed G.i+Gm>Gm>Gi>CK.The effect of G.i+ G.m treatment on leaf number and leaf area of Vitex negundo seedlings was more obvious.(2)In terms of the response of the leaves of Vitex negundo seedlings to light,the light saturation point of Vitex negundo under the treatment of AMF was higher than that of the control treatment.The mixed inoculation of G.m and G.i could significantly improve the efficiency of the use of light by Vitex negundo leaves.Throughout the experiment,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and stomatal conductance of Vitex negundo seedlings under G.i=Gm,Gi,and Gm treatments increased significantly compared with CK,and G.i+Gm treatment showed significant differences among photosynthetic indicators The advantages.The intercellular CO2 concentration of each treatment generally increased first and then decreased.The Gi and CK treatments showed advantages at 45d and 60d,respectively.In other experimental stages,the intercellular CO2 concentration of G.i+Gm treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments..(3)Under the different inoculation treatments of two kinds of AMF,mixed inoculation with Gm and Gi significantly improved the PSⅡ original light energy conversion efficiency(Fv/Fm)of Vitex negundo plants,and the potential photochemical activities(Fv/FO)of PSⅡ treated with three AMF inoculations.Compared with the control treatment,there is a significant increase.The chlorophyll fluorescence of each treatment was G.i+G.m>G.m>G.i>CK.(4)Under different inoculation treatments of the two types of AMF,the POD activity of the leaves of each treatment increased with the increase of the test time,and the overall performance was G.i+G.m>G.m>CK>G.i.The leaf SOD content did not change significantly with the test time,but during the whole test,the maximum value of each treatment appeared in the G.i+G.m treatment.The MDA content of the leaves decreased with the increase of the test time.At each growth stage,the MDA activity in CK treatment was higher than that in other treatments.After the MDA activity stabilized,the overall performance was CK>G.i,G.m>G.i+G.m.The CAT activity of the leaves of each treatment generally showed an increase with the increase of the test time,and the CAT activity between the treatments was not significantly different at the beginning of the test,and showed significant differences at the later stage,as G.i+Gm>Gm>Gi>CK.(5)The fine root mass,fine root biomass,and specific root length of Vitex negundo seedlings under G.i+G.m,G.i,and G.m treatments all increased significantly compared with CK,and the specific surface area differences were significantly different under each treatment.Under the different inoculation treatments of the two AMFs,G.i+G.m,G.i,and G.m treatments were higher than CK in terms of root length,root diameter,root surface area,root volume,and number of root tips.Among them,G.i+G.m had obvious advantages.(6)The growth of Vitex negundo seedlings was promoted after AMF inoculation.Among them,the inoculation effect of G.i and G.m mixed on Vitex negundo seedlings was the most obvious.
