Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel) is a worldwide quarantine pest, host range, harm is great and it is difficult to prevent. In the past ten years, population in our country outbreak spread, causing serious economic losses to our fruit and vegetable industry.Currently domestic of oriental fruit fly in the two main source of nutrition, one of the few studies of sugar. In this thesis, a study by the different concentrations of glucose in artificial diet continuously reared 4th generation of Bactrocera dorsalis, record the growth and reproduction of the biological parameters; and with the major hosts of different concentrations of sugar solution immersion Bactrocera dorsalis on the oviposition choice,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the biological characteristics of Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel) based system research and effective prevention and control technology system. The main results are as follows:(1) in the original laboratory larval artificial feed, with sucrose as the sole variable, by varying the sucrose concentration feeding five groups of the oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis, the study found eggs, larvae, pupae and eggs of early developmental period were with the glucose concentration increased and increased. Among them, egg duration and oviposition early low sugar concentration and control group had no significant difference,high glucose concentration and the control group were significantly different, reduce the concentration of sugar during the larval period, the earliest appear pupa jump, and sugar concentration rose to 28%, to 9.6d extension of by the control group 7.6d and pupal developmental duration and control group, the difference was not significant.(2) with different concentrations of glucose in young and adult artificial diet 5successive generations of breeding, hatching rate of eggs and the mature larvae quality isroughly parabolic curve, the control group(the middle of sugar concentration 20%), the hatching rate and the mature larvae quality was significantly higher than that of low sugar concentration(12%, 16%) and high glucose concentration(24%, 28%) larval artificial diet rearing indicators.No significant difference of 2 day old pupae weight, pupation rate and eclosion rate and raising F2 sugar concentration 28% dorsalis 2 day old pupae weighed lowest 13.58 +0.27 mg, significantly lower than the other sugar concentrations were reared under 2 day old pupae weight, but with the continuous feeding, the 2nd instar to the pupal weight increase trend, and other sugar concentrations were reared under Bactrocera dorsalis 2 day old average pupal weight gradually approaching.The male and female ratio was not significantly different from the control group, the male and female ratio were less than 100% except for the sugar concentration 24%. In the continuous generation of 24% concentration, the male and female ratio has a rising trend,F5 generation, the male and female ratio is as high as 146%.In the control group(20%) fed female and male quality is higher than other sugar concentration. In addition to the control group(20%), other sugar concentration in the different generations of female, male quality in differences and changes in the quality of different generations in female and male adults were consistent.Studies showed that low sugar concentration and control group parameters were not significantly different, and high sugar concentration compared with the control group, its various types of biological parameters with the increase in the concentration of the trend and the trend.(3) according to the findings of this research by different sugar concentration of solution immersion host fruit, has certain effect of B.dorsalis oviposition, host under high concentration of glucose solution soaking and decrease the fecundity. The guava lure spawning results is the most significant and guava in CK and the concentration of 1% sugar soaking eggs was the highest, reached 13.53 particle / per female and 16.83 particle / per female, with 25%, 50%, 75% of the concentration of sucrose solution of fecundity: 837 grain / per female and 5.83 particle / per female, 8.63 particle / per female have significantdifference. But in the experiment of banana, mango and citrus group, there was no result.
