In this study,two Superior Tree of Camellia vietnamensis which were “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5” was chosen as the test material.Two-factor-intersecting experiment was designed to evaluate the effects which were ultraviolet radiation and 60Co-? irradiation.In this experiment four levels of ultraviolet radiation?0,12,24,48? were set, and five levels of 60Co-? irradiation?0,40,50,60,70? were set respectively,a total of 20 treatments.The seed of “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5” were treated and sowed respectively,then the seed germination rate and the survival rate were counted after moving to the nutrition bag for growing.The growth phenotype indicator and physiological indicator were determinated during the seedling growth,which the growth phenotype indicators including height, diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and the physiological indicators including chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, the activity of superoxide dismutase?SOD?, antioxidant enzyme activity?POD?.The main results showed as follow.?1?The 60Co-? irradiation has weak influence to the germination of “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5” but has effects of inhibition to the survival rate of them and high dose of 60 Gy and 70 Gy delay their emergence time significantly.The ultraviolet radiation has little effects on the germination rate and survival rate to “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5”.This two factors have significantly interactions to their seed germination rate and the survival rate.The half-mortality of “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5” were 64 Gy and 57 Gy respectively.?2?The 60Co-? irradiation has inhibition to the height and diameter of “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5” and the ultraviolet radiation has inconsistent effects to the height and diameter of “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5”.The ultraviolet radiation has little effects on the height and diameter of “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5”. This two factors havesignificantly inhibition to the height and diameter of them.?3?The high dose of 60Co-? irradiation made the stronger inhibition on the leaf growth.The leaf area decreased with the 60Co-? irradiation dose increasing of “Fanlong 3”.The ultraviolet radiation has inconsistent effects to leaf growth of “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5”.This two factors have significantly interactions to the leaf growth of “Fanlong 5” but has the opponent influence to “Fanlong 3”.?4?The 60Co-? irradiation has significant effects on chlorophyll content of “Fanlong 3” and “Fanlong 5”.The ultraviolet radiation has significant influence on chlorophyll content of them. This two factors have significantly interactions to the chlorophyll content of “Fanlong 5” and “Fanlong 3”,but the specific influence regular pattern was not obvious.?5?The 60Co-? irradiation has significant effects on soluble sugar content of “Fanlong 5” and “Fanlong 3”.The ultraviolet radiation has inconsistent influence to the soluble sugar content of “Fanlong 5” and “Fanlong 3”.This two factors have significantly interactions to the soluble sugar content of “Fanlong 5” and “Fanlong 3”.?6?The 60Co-? irradiation has significant effects on soluble protein content of “Fanlong 5” and “Fanlong 3”,and the soluble protein content of 60 Gy treatment were the lowest which were 2.21mg/g and 2.17mg/g of “Fanlong 5” and “Fanlong 3”respectively.The ultraviolet radiation improved the soluble protein content of “Fanlong 3”.This two factors have significantly interactions to the soluble protein content of “Fanlong 5” and “Fanlong 3”.?7?The 60Co-? irradiation has significant effects on superoxide dismutase activity and peroxidase activity of “Fanlong 5” and “Fanlong 3.The ultraviolet radiation have significant effects on superoxide dismutase activity and antioxidant enzyme activity of “Fanlong 5” and “Fanlong 3.This two factors have significantly interactions to the superoxide dismutase activity and peroxidase activity of “Fanlong 3”,and have significantly interactions to the peroxidase activity but have no significantly interactions to the superoxide dismutase activity to “Fanlong 5”.
