Estimation Methods Of Economic Loss Of Soil And Water In Mineral Resources Exploitation In Shaanxi Province

Shaanxi province is one of the province which own complete mineral types and rich resources in our country.The mining industry of Shaanxi province has developed rapidly in 60 years since the founding of new China,large-scale development of mineral resources,strongly promoted the economic development of our province.But when mineral exploitation led the economic development,it caused serious soil erosion and ecological disaster.This paper is based on mineral resources in Shaanxi province.In order to analysis the coal, oil and gas, metals, non-metallic mineral economic loss in Shaanxi province, respectively by using economics analysis and calculation method of Penal Data model,then analyze the method to estimate the loss of soil and water loss which is suitable for the exploitation of mineral resources.Environmental economics analysis method, including three major categories,which is dire ct market evaluation, indirect market evaluation method and stated preference method.Each cat egory method contains a variety of measurement,on the basis of theoretical analysis and comparison, selected direct marketing, results as follows: the losses of soil and water erosion caused by 1 ton of coal mining is: northern Shaanxi is 7.11 yuan, Guanzhong is 5.99 yuan, sou thern Shaanxi is 8.13 yuan. the losses of soil erosion caused by 1 ton of oil mining is: 88.83 y uan. after gas mining 1 stere the economic loss of soil and water erosion value is: 0.08 yuan.th e losses of soil and water erosion caused by 1 ton of mental mining is: 17.32 yuan. the losses o f soil and water erosion caused by 1 ton of coal mining is: 13.01 yuan.As for Panel Data model,build and test the Panel Data model, using the model of equatio n to calculate coal in Shanxi Province, the economic loss of oil and gas, metals, non-metallic mineral. Results as follows:the losses of soil and water erosion caused by 1 ton of coal mining is: northern Shaanxi is 6.94 yuan, Guanzhong is 2.82 yuan, southern Shaanxi is 3.34 yuan. the losses of soil erosion caused by 1 ton of oil mining is: 30.84 yuan. after gas mining 1 stere the economic loss of soil and water erosion value is: 0.024 yuan. the losses of soil and water erosion caused by 1 ton of mental mining is: 5.87 yuan. the losses of soil and water erosion caused by 1 ton of coal mining is: 4.11 yuan.The results of the calculation of the two methods are compared with the results of other erperts' s research, Analysis and summary of the Northern Shaanxi coal mining by using panel data model or environmental economics analysis method; Shannan and Guanzhong coal should adopt the method of panel data model; oil and gas exploration should be using the method of panel data model; metallic ore and nonmetal ore mining environmental economic credit analysis method should be used.
