The article took Neosinocalamus affinis cizhu-6 which was cognizanced by Sichuan new-forest-variety-authorizing committee as research objects,and studied the effects of formula fertilization on the growth of new culm and soil nutrient at seedling stage.By measuring the numbers of new shoots, the ground diameter of new bamboos,the height of new bamboos.the yield of new bamboos and the soil nutrient for each treatment,the critical factors which effect bamboo shooting and characters of new culm were discussed and the yield model was structured to reveal the dynamic changes of underground nutrients and propose the optimal fertilization scheme.The ultimate purpose is to provide the scientific basis for reasonable management of Neosinocalamus affinis 'cizhu-6'.Main results as follows?1?Through studying the effects of NPK radios, trace element fertilizer and the total amount of NPK on bamboo shooting,the ground diameter of new bamboos,the height of new bamboos and the yield of new bamboos,this study build effect models between the number of new shoots and NPK radios, trace element fertilizer,the total amount of NPK:Y1=4.266+0.363X3-0.141X32Y2=2.438+0.275X3+0.094X22-156X32Y3=5.969+0.450X3-0.062X12+0.125X22-0.281X32Y4=5.750+0.500X3-0.216X1+0.125X22-0.250X32+0.148X2X3Y5=5.000+0.425X3-0.094x12+0.125X22-0.281X32Y6=4.563+0.325X3-0.125X12+0.094X22-0.281X32+0.050X2X3The effect models between the ground diameter of new bamboos,the height of new bamboos and NPK radios, trace element fertilizer,the total amount of NPK:Y=2.219-0.038X32Y=2.412+0.054X3-0.042X33The yield model:Y=3.999+0.264X3-0.130X32-0.107X12+0.083X22-0.051X2X3By F value test,these models all reached significant level to prove these models fitted well.These models can be comprehensive evaluation to forecast the effects of NPK radios. trace element fertilizer and the total amount of NPK on bamboo shooting,the ground diameter of new bamboos,the height of new bamboos and the yield of new bamboos.?2?In shooting process, The three factors of NPK radios, trace element fertilizer and the total amount of NPK revealed significantly positive effect on the number of new bamboo shoots. Impacting the number of new bamboo shoots, the orders of the three factors were as follows:the total amount of NPK>trace element fertilizer=NPK radios=0?the 15th day?,the total amount of NPK>trace element fertilizer>NPK radios?the 30th day?,the total amount of NPK>trace element fertilizer=NPK radios?the 45th day?, the total amount of NPK>NPK radios>trace element fertilizer?the 60th day?,the total amount of NPK>trace element fertilizer=NPK radios?the 75th day?, the total amount of NPK>trace element fertilizer>NPK radios?the 90th day?. At the beginning of the development of bamboo shoots,only the total amount of NPK played a role.In the 30th day,the trace element fertilizer began to participate.In peak period, some bamboo shoots grew into bamboos, NPK radios began to participate, the total amount of NPK was the most important factor which effected the bamboo shooting.?3?By studing the bamboo shooting,the characters of new bamboos and building the yield mode,this study proposes the optimum ratio of fertilization which promote bamboo shooting and yield:NPK radio 1:0.5:0.5, trace element fertilizer Zn, the total amount of NPK 0.3g/cluster;By analysising the ground diameter of new bamboos and the height of new bamboos,they only were affected by the total amount of NPK.The optimum total amount of NPK on the ground diameter of new bamboos was 0.2kg/cluster and 0.3kg/cluster. The optimum total amount of NPK on the height of new bamboos was 0.3kg/cluster.By studying the soil nutrient,this study proposes the consistent ratio of fertilization:NPK radio 1:0.5:0.5, trace element fertilizer Zn, the total amount of NPK 0.2g/cluster. According to the subject target,using the reasonable ratio of fertilization to increase yield and make full use of the soil nutrients under the condition of reducing the dosage of fertilizer. Synthesizing both results, this study proposes the optimum ratio of fertilization at seedling stage of Neosinocalamus affinis 'cizhu-6':NPK radio 1:0.5:0.5, trace element fertilizer Zn, the total amount of NPK 0.2-0.3g/cluster.This ratio of fertilization accords with the reasonable matching principle, can achieve the goal that making full use of soil nutrients under the premise of hieh aualitv and high yield.
