The aims of this study were to investigate the effect of supplementation of amino acid zinc on productive performance, the indices of physiological and biochemical of blood and the nutrition of longissimus and the content of mineral elements of longissimus in dorperxsmall tail han ram.Thirty healthy ram lambs with the same genetic background and an average initial weigh of 26±2kg were randomly assigned to one of five treatments, six sheep in each treatment. The control group fed basal diet(containing zinc 25.68 mg/kg), The Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were fed at the basal diet with addition of 50mg/kg Zn of sulfate zinc,25 mgZn/kg of amino acid zinc,50 mgZn/kg of amino acid zinc,75 mgZn/kg of amino acid zinc. Experiment was lasted 70d for the Preliminary feeding period of 10d and the early finishing period of 30d and the late finishing period of 30d. The result showed as follows:1) The average daily gain in all the groups had no significant difference for the early fattening period (P<0.05), the group Ⅲ had the higher average daily gain than the other groups for the late fattening period (P<0.05) and the group Ⅲ had the highest average daily gain for the whole trial period (P<0.05). The group Ⅲ had the lower F/G than the control and other groups (P<0.05), the group Ⅲ had the highest of the total profit (P<0.05). The difference of dressing percentage and the percentage of net meat in all groups were not significant (P<0.05). The index of testis in group Ⅲ was significant higher than that in the control and groups of Ⅰ and Ⅳ (P<0.05).2) The number of WBC in blood of group Ⅲ was higher than that in the groups control and Ⅱ(P<0.05), lambs in the group Ⅱ had the higher concentration of HGB than the control and group Ⅰ (P<0.05). The content of MCH in group Ⅱ was higher than that in the control (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Groups in serum activity of CuZn-SOD, GSH-Px, CAT (P≥0.05). The concentration of serum IgA in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ were higher than that in the control and other groups (P<0.05). Serum activity of IgE of group control was lower than the group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ(P<0.05), the concentration of serum IgG in group with supplementation of zinc was higher than that in the control (P<0.05). Serum concentration of complement C3 of control was significant lower than that in the other groups (P<0.05), the group Ⅱ had the highest concentration of complement C3 (P<0.05). The concentration of complement C4 in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the control (P<0.05); Serum activity of ALT in groups control and Ⅱ were higher than that in the group Ⅲ (P<0.05). The activity of serum AST in group Ⅲ was lower than that in the group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ (P<0.05). Serum content of ALB in group Ⅱ and Ⅳ were significant higher than that in the group control (P<0.05). The group control and I had the significant higher content of serum BUN than that in the group Ⅲ (P<0.05). The content of serum TG in group Ⅲ was lower than that in the group control and Ⅱ (P<0.05).3) The group with supplementation of 50 mgZn/kg amino acid zinc had the significant higher in the total amino acid and essential amino acid of back waist longissimus than that in the control (P<0.05). The SFA, MUFA and TUFA of longissimus was significantly increased in group with supplementation of 50 mgZn/kg amino acid Zn in dorpor×small tail han lambs (P<0.01). The content of C17:1 in longissimus was 31.58%higher than that in the control (P>0.05).4) The content of Zn in back waist longissimus of group Ⅲ was higher than that in the control and group of Ⅰ(P<0.05), the groups with supplementation of Zn had the higher of Co in longissimus than that in the control (P<0.05),the group Ⅲ had the higher content of Ca in longissimus than group of control and Ⅱ did(P<0.05). The results showed that the dietary with supplementation of amino acid zinc could increase the weight gain, improve the function of immune and the quality of nutrition of meat. Above all, the optimal adding level of amino acid Zn was 50 mg/kg in dorperxsmall tail han.ram lambs during in the finishing period. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Amino acids zinc, growth performance, antioxidant, immune, dorper × small tail han ram | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
