Quinclorac was developed by basf (Germany) before bud bud after new paddy herbicide.Because of its less dosage, the effective length, the advantages of weed effects and is widely used in agricultural production.Acidic, but because the quinclorac in the acid soil degradation is very slow, easy to cause sensitive crop stubble after damage, especially in rice and tobacco district, residues in the soil of quinclorac is easy to cause harm on tobacco growth, serious impact on the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.Therefore, on the second of quinclorac residues and the pollution of farmland environment is of great significance.Mainly from degradation, chemical degradation substance, through the synergy of the two, relieve crop.With PMS/metal ion system degradation of the remaining quinclorac in the solution, the degradation effect is measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), using biological determination method to observe the degradation system and degradation products influence on plant growth, and then use the PMS system repair/metal ions in soil residual quinclorac phytotoxicity.Clear chloroquine Lin acid degradation bacteria strain J3 quinclorac phytotoxicity of solanaceae crops repair function, in Hunan agricultural university teaching practice base in the field experiment.Experimental results show that after degradation bacteria J3 treatment, eggplant leaf length, leaf width, plant height recovery to 93.97% of the ck respectively, 91.87%,95.54%, and the adr group eggplant leaf length, leaf width, plant height was only about 55.22% of ck,49.70%,75.76%. Degradation bacteria after processing, the tobacco leaf length, leaf width and plant height were back to the blank control group 90.96%,92.50%, 92.03%, and the adr group of tobacco leaf length, leaf width and plant height is only blank control group 72.87%,37.76%,69.14%.Collaborative governance mainly aimed at the residual phytotoxicity of crops, have degradation bacteria use mainly the prevention and treatment of residual phytotoxicity happen, poor security agent is mainly used for selective when crop the adr.Herbicide degradation bacteria can degrade residue herbicides in the soil, plant source security agent can improve the crop of detoxifying enzyme activity of herbicide metabolism, synergy between them can significantly reduce target sites of herbicide to crops, and terminate the herbicide phytotoxicity.
