using orthogonal experiment analyze and compare the effect of different treatments on agronomic characters, dry matter weight, leaf area index, Physical properties and chemical composition, and economic traits.1. In group period and vigorous growth period, the high potassium fertilizer treatment is higher than the low potassium treatment in plant height, stem circumference, pitch. With the increase of planting density, the plant height, stem circumference, pitch, the largest leaf length and the largest leaf width decreased. With the increase of remained leaf number, plant height increased. The treatment with planting density of 18519plant/hm~2, remaining leaf number 20pieces, potash rate 315kg/hm~2 have the highest plant height and pitch,respectively is 112.78cm?5.45cm, The treatment with planting density of 15152plant/hm~2, remaining leaf number 16 pieces, potash rate 315kg/hm~2 have the highest stem circumference, the stem circumference is 11.25cm.2. Before topping stage, with the increase of planting density, the root, stem, leaf dry weight decreased. With the increase of potash rate, the root, stem, leaf dry weight increased. The treatment with planting density of 15152plant/hm~2, remaining leaf number 16 pieces, potash rate 315kg/hm~2 have the highest root and stem dry weight, respectively is 78.96g? 57.87g, The treatment with planting density of 15152plant/hm~2, remaining leaf number 20 pieces, potash rate 262.5kg/hm~2 have the highest leaf dry weight, the leaf dry weight is 122.65g.3. With growth progress, leaf area index increased, leaf area index is growing rapidly in vigorous growth period and growing slowly in mature period. The A1B3C3 treatment has the highest leaf area index. The treatment with planting density of 18519plant/hm~2, remaining leaf number 20pieces, potash rate 315kg/hm~2 have the highest leaf area index, The treatment with planting density of 15152plant/hm~2, remaining leaf number 16pieces, potash rate 315kg/hm~2 have the lowest leaf area index, respectively is 3.16 and 2.77.4. The main factors influencing stem ratio, leaf thickness, weight per unit area was planting density, The main factors influencing leaf weight, equilibrium moisture content was remained leaf number. With the increase of planting density, leaf weight, stem ratio, leaf thickness decreased. With the increase of remained leaf number, leaf weight, stem ratio decreased.5. The main factors influencing total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, nicotine content was planting density. The main factors influencing chlorine content was remained leaf number. The main factors influencing potassium content was potash rate. With the increase of planting density, total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium content increased, nicotine content decreased. With the increase of potash rate, potassium content increased. With the increase of remained leaf number, chlorine content decreased.6. The treatment with planting density of 18519plant/hm~2, remaining leaf number 20pieces, potash rate 315kg/hm~2 have the highest output value and fine tobacco ratio, respectively is 65132.72yuan/km~2 and 64.29%. this treatment is having best economic characteristics performance.7. The optimal cultivation combination is A1B3C3, exactly with planting density of 18519plant/hm~2, remaining leaf number 20pieces, potash rate 315kg/hm~2.
