Research On Hunan Agricultural Technology Document And Resource Management

Agricultural science and technology literature information resources, as the agricultural scientific and technological achievements, only into effective productivity can promote the development of agriculture, rural areas, farmers, in order to realize the modernization of Chinese agriculture. This paper begins with the analysis of China and Hunan province the literature information resources management of agricultural science and technology basic situation, and through the questionnaire survey of Hunan Agricultural University in Hunan Province, farmers students in Xiangtan city and Xiangtan County Agricultural Science and technology personnel are analyzed in Hunan Province Agricultural Science and technology information resources management problems, including the lack of organization coordination and unified planning, resource sharing degree is low and the repetition rate is high, the quality is not high, the low utilization rate, the personnel structure is not reasonable and the five aspects of the overall quality is low; the influence factors include four aspects of economic input factors, network obstacle factors, ideological factors, institutional factors and management; finally, put forward some suggestions to promote the development of agricultural science and technology information resources management:increase investment, construction of the information management platform of agricultural science and technology literature; unified standards and norms, accelerate the construction of agricultural information network; strengthen the computer personnel training, improve the ideological consciousness of agricultural personnel; give full play to the advantages, strengthen cooperation.
