Energy grass refer to larger plants, grow fast, high biomass yield of cellulose herbaceous energy plants, Which has a strong resistance and high light energy use efficiency, plant of low cost, good ecological benefit, It is the preferred biomass energy plant around the world. Miscanthus lutarioriparius is a kind of typical energy grass, peculiar to our country. It is the amphibious two raw energy plants, can given priority to both sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction. Miscanthus lutarioriparius can conservate soil and water, purify environment, solid dam flood control, maintain the natural ecological system, and so on. At present, the production of Miscanthus lutarioriparius mainly by the asexual reproduction for seedlings, but always appear the low germination rate, emergence is not neat, material save difficult and difficult to transport, which can make impact to the large-scale cultivation of Miscanthus lutarioriparius.In order to explore the effective means of seed propagation, stem cuttage and rhizome propagation of Miscanthus lutarioriparius, to establish an effective reproductive technology system, in this paper, Three kinds of breeding method were studied, such as the seed propagation, stem cuttage and rhizome propagation.1?Seed propagation:In natural condition, the grain of harvest seed of Miscanthus lutarioriparius was 0.27 g, the seed vigor was 79.8%,4? low temperature pretreatment and plant growth substances soaking was carried out on the Miscanthus lutarioriparius, the results was as follows:(1) 4? low temperature were used to treat Miscanthus lutarioriparius, after 2 ds the seed germination rate was 87.33%,19.09% bigger than the CK. (2)4 kinds of plant growth substances such as GA3, IAA,6-BA and 2,4-D were used, for each plant growth substances we set 5 mass concentration of 0,50,100,200,400 mg·L-1,24 h soaking treatment to glume shell seeds of Miscanthus lutarioriparius, Among them, seed germination of 100 mg·L-1 GA3 treatment was the best,50 mg-L-1 IAA,200 mg·L-1 2,4-D treatment on Miscanthus lutarioriparius were better,6-BA treatment have different effects on the seed germination, in the process of production, we could choose appropriate growth substances and the concentration according to the target index.2?Stem cutting:we have used water and abt to soak the stem of Miscanthus lutarioriparius, the result were as follows:(1) We have intercept the stem of Miscanthus lutarioriparius with a 10-12 cm long stem section, germination rate was best, which with water immersion 3 ds, reached 87.78%, the treatment of 3 ds soak have the higher plant height, leaf number and pour 3 leaf length, which showed that seedling growth is best. (2) When we use abt soaking treatment, concentration of 50 mg·L-1 is best, the seedling growth index was the best, each index was 107.61 cm,9.90 no.,0.22 cm,64.55 cm,0.26 g and 5.74 g.3?Rhizome propagation:we have used five kinds of propagule as materials, studied three kinds of soaking method (abt soak, clear water soak, CK), the results showed that: (1) Treatment of annual rhizome segments have the best effect, emergence was the fastest, the germination rate reached 91%, other seedling growth index is also the best; (2) The abt treatment were used to rhizome of Miscanthus lutarioriparius, Germination rate and seedling growth were relatively better than the clear water processing and CK treatment, underground shoot number was 3.33.
