This paper introduces the straw walker research dynamic and development situation at home and abroad, and compares the advantages and disadvantages.For phenomenon of congestion that the domestic rape draft apparatus use rice draft apparatus, what make the most thresher and combine removed walkers based on simplified design, and in the discharging device is installed at the end of the threshing drum fan blade instead of straw walker, caused the loss of entrainment, the based on 5TY-100 type Cole threshing machine as the research object, combined with miscellaneous mouth mixture characteristics of rape threshing machine, and puts forward the release by a matched with the platform, Through bench test to study the influence on the material draft separation of various parameters of draft,in order to get the best structure and motion parameters. Achieve the aim of further reduce the entrainment loss,and provide solutions for rape threshing miscellaneous mouth walkers emerging separation technology.(1) Through the collection 5TY-100 type rape thresher row grass mouth extractions as experimental material, to measure the morphological characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of the various components, to provide a reference for the design of rape shaker test bench.(2) Developed a draft device by testing stand. Through orthogonal experiment we can come to the conclusion that the walkers separation performance indicators to achieve the optimal when the amplitude is 28 mm, crank speed is 250 r/min, vibrating direction Angle of 30 °, swing Angle is 28 °.On this basis, Using the Design-Expert data analysis software, the optimization design is quadratic regression rotary orthogonal test, Through the model of analysis of variance and regression simulation. Got the row of miscellaneous mouth loss rate of dynamic direction angle and the rotational speed of the crank two variables influencing factors of multivariate quadratic regression equation, using response surface analysis of the two factors on the effect of impurity discharging mouth loss rate and get the vibrating direction Angle and the crank rotational speed, the optimal parameter combination for vibrating direction Angle is 28.35°, crank speed is 258.57r/min, discharging outlet loss rate was 0.225%.
