The Suitability Evaluation And Application Research On Field Machinery

The suitability of agricultural machinery and agricultural machinery applicability research which closely linked the immediate interests of the farmers and agricultural production stability becomes more urgent and important with the rapid development of agricultural technology,agricultural machinery manufacturing industry,the adjustment of agricultural structure,and agricultural production mode.This paper determined the field applicability evaluation methods into three kinds including:mechanical test assessment method,tracking measurement method,investigation,and evaluation method,based on the digestion and absorption of "applicability evaluation of agricultural machinery technology integration research" which made by the department of agriculture combined with the related working experience.The four principles which established in the process of the applicability evaluation method of agricultural machinery should flowed to has been taken into consideration The score value method was used for comprehensive evaluation of the tracking test.At the same time,the fuzzy judgment is used for comprehensive evaluation to survey test method.Through the analysis of affecting factors of field operation machinery's applicability,found that the field operation applicability mechanical factors are:regional influence,and farming system,crop,crop variety,cultivation system influence and the natural conditions such as climate,soil factors.The applicability evaluation index of field machinery is determined with expert evaluation method(DE phil Delphi)based on the survey and investigation by crossing all the kinds of field machinery experiment method.The indicators determined including:job performance,operation,maintenance convenience,economy,human relations,and the secondary indicators are mainly including operating quality,economic,reliability,maintenance convenience,operation convenience,unit energy consumption,compatibility,security,comfort and environmental protection.The evaluation index weight distribution is determined by using the expert consultation weighting method(DE phil Delphi).The evaluation method proposed by this paper was verified by the example of combine harvester and rotary cultivator working in the field.And the verification results showed that the three kinds of evaluation method described by this paper can meet the requirements of suitability evaluation for field machinery basically.
