This thesis took researches on Tricholoma matsutake in Heilongjiang Province, and presented to evaluate the sustainable development of the Tricholoma matsutake in Heilongjiang Province through constructing evaluation model on the basis of researches on the exploitation and using of Tricholoma matsutake. The foundation of evaluating indicator system of sustainable development is a harmonious effective decision-making tool for enhancing the exploitation and using of natural resources, social economy, ecological environment and human control behavior of Tricholoma matsutake, which also helps to discover the weakness taches of making against efficient and reasonable using resources, and can offer political evidence for programming and management of Tricholoma matsutake.The adaptive existent environment for Tricholoma matsutake in Heilongjiang Province were different from in Yunan and Taiwan which had definite regionalism, our purpose was to master the relationship between product,adaptive existent environment and soil conditions of Tricholoma matsutake via studying on the adaptive existent environment and soil physicochemical property such as slope place, slope direction, altitude, vegetation, geographical circumstance, nutrient content of soil, mechanical makeup of soil, ph of soil, etc., and supply theorical gist for the product and domestication of Tricholoma matsutake and come out man-made cultivation and sustainable development.Analyzing conception, feature, structure, the thesis divides the sustainable development system of Tricholoma matsutake resources into existent support subsystem, developing support subsystem, environmental support subsystem, and intellectual support subsystem, Based on this evaluation index system establishes a three-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.A new evaluation index system for sustainable development of Tricholoma matsutake resources is offered under the principle of coherency, systematicness, dynamics property, operativeness, combination of quantitive indices and quanlitative indeces. It involves stratification with general aim(sustainable development of Tricholoma matsutake resources), sub-aim(sustainable development of subsystems), subject(4 subsystems) and index(37 indices). This index system could describe the exploitation state of development situations of a period, and monitored the development tendency.A method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for sustainability of sustainable development of Tricholoma matsutake resources is put forward. The three-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model accumulates from indices to general aim. The first stage evaluation is accumulating from indices to subjects. The second stage evaluation is accumulating from subjects to sub-aims. The third stage evaluation is accumulating from sub- aims to general aim. Data of the indices were fixed by Delphi method. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrixes of every theme, every subsystem and the whole system multiplied by relevant important-weight matrixes is the final numerical value of sustainable for sustainable development of Tricholoma matsutake.This thesis regarded the index system as foundation framework of sustainable development evaluation through the correlation theory method of sustainable development evaluation in natural resources and analysis of relative research on the sustainable utilization of Tricholoma matsutake, which evaluated and monitored perfectly sustainable development states and degrees of Tricholoma matsutake in Heilongjiang Province, it was to build up mechanism of decision and mechanism of harmonious management for sustainable development; the sustainable development of Tricholoma matsutake resources in Heilongjiang Province should be considered in a systemic point of view, and consider the development requirement of Tricholoma matsutake resources at the present stage in a definite resource and environment, which agrees with the total objective of strategy of sustainable development and correspond with the social economic condition of the development of"moderation, reason, order, science".
