China is a large agricultural country,and agriculture is the cornerstone of national economic and social development.However,over-development,water resource shortage,pollution aggravation,inadequate management and other problems make the development of irrigated areas face great challenges,resulting in the destruction of soil structure in irrigated areas,the decline of cultivated land productivity in irrigated areas,and the damage of ecological environment and sustainable development in irrigated areas to a certain extent.In order to provide scientific guidance for the sustainable development of irrigated areas in the future,it is necessary to carry out reasonable health evaluation on the operation status of irrigated areas,and put forward reasonable Suggestions and improvement measures according to the existing problems in irrigated areas,so as to provide scientific basis for the future development of irrigated areas.This paper studies key r&d plan key projects relying on the ningxia hui autonomous region,in helan county of ningxia hui autonomous region ecological irrigation district as the research object,on consulting a large number of statistical data and the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the research on ecological irrigation area,according to the actual condition of irrigation area has established the evaluation index system of operational status of irrigation district from 2007 to 2016 health evaluation and analysis,for the future development of irrigation area and planning to provide some guidance and advice.There are mainly the following research contents:1,according to the principle of scientific,practical,concise,preliminary evaluation index system of ecological irrigation district was established,and then by calculating the index of variation coefficient,sensitivity,contribution rate of the independence,according to the size of the contribution to filter part index objectively,avoid artificial subjective factors influence on index selection,established after the screening of health evaluation index system,including irrigation area ecological environment,modernization level in the irrigation area and irrigation efficiency and sustainability of three first-level indicators,atmospheric environment,water environment,soil environment,security engineering,economic benefits and the sustainable development of six secondary indexes and 25 tertiary indicators.2.Based on principal component analysis method,entropy weight method,Topsis method,comprehensive index method and fuzzy evaluation method,comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the health operation status of helan irrigation area from 2007 to 2016 according to the selected evaluation index system.The results showed that the overall variation trend of the evaluation results of the five methods was the same.Combined with the evaluation results of the above five methods,the grouping method is concluded,and the combined evaluation value shows that the helan irrigation area was gradually optimized during this period,which is consistent with the actual operation status of the irrigation area,so as to verify that the evaluation index system and evaluation method are feasible for the helan ecological irrigation area.In this paper,by using the probability of normal distribution test(Pk-s)statistical distribution of the composite evaluation for the nonparametric test,test indicate that combination evaluation value is normal distribution,and calculated on the basis of P=20%,P=40%,P=60%and P=80%of the value of threshold,will be divided into value five such as excellent,good,medium and poor,very poor five,get the final evaluation level irrigation area.From 2007 to 2016,the combined evaluation levels of the operation status of the irrigated area were range poor,range poor,poor,medium,good,medium,good,excellent and excellent,which reflected the overall trend of the irrigated area.3.According to the combined evaluation results and the analysis of the operation status of the irrigation area,find out the main problems faced by the operation of the irrigation area and provide some guidance and Suggestions for the future development and planning of the irrigation area,such as protecting the irrigation water source and reducing the use of pesticides and fertilizers to improve the water quality;According to the practice of irrigated areas,the effective water-saving irrigation measures are promoted to reduce soil erosion caused by groundwater and salinization of soil while rationally utilizing water resources.Improve the legal system,protect the ecological environment of the irrigation area according to law,realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature,so as to improve the operation quality of the irrigation area comprehensively.
